I hadn’t really thought of Drake being a better lyricist than Kendrick,but Lupe is too good at rapping for me to not consider what he thinks about this. I definitely recognize that being a great songwriter and/or making great songs and albums does not equate to having great rap skills , but I always thought that Kendrick’s ability to rap surprises anyone else’s in the music industry just based on his range of topics. To me Kendrick definitely has the most integrity. Kendrick is a 3D artist compared to Drake’s 2D. BUT -- Drake’s “Push-Ups “ is waaay better a response than I was expecting from him.

Can't tell, either wish me well, go to hell, or go to Yale" that's lyrical. When he says "...some ninja from Decatur that replied 'see ya later' when he got the good news, that's life sh1t" that's bars. Yeah 3 Stacks got bars, and one could argue the subtly adds a layer or difficulty.

Yea this is my problem I hate having to defend drake but the internet has been so biased towards Kendrick its odd given the circumstances.
