I've been focusing on improving my health and fitness lately. I quit vaping 29 days ago, haven't touched drugs for 19 days, and have been working out every day for the past 19 days. I'm committed to staying active, whether it's through walking, working out, or taking rest days when needed. I want to be healthy, fit, and active for the future. Seeing older people still going out, doing drugs, and partying made me realize that's not the path I want. I aim to be successful and strong, not just ripped. I'm also interested in coding and want to develop my skills to eventually land a job or earn money from home. Plus, I'm taking driving lessons to open up more opportunities, I am 21.

Only halfway through the video and I have to say this already opened my eyes and I'm not even done watching yet. This year I've spent months trying to better myself and this was the edge I needed to fully commit to the change I want in my life. Having you show up in my algorithm was no coincidence. I never thought about my life in this way of simply asking why? Thank you for leading me to my breakthrough. Thank you for being real.
I am going to be 27 in about three months. Thanks so much for this. I can't say if this one video would be the exact nail in the stack that would make me actually turn my life around (again this thought itself could be the RESISTANCE of my old self I wish to kill), but indeed you gave me stuffs to think about.
