- Harley-Davidson has been building Police motorcycles for over 110 years. The 2020 Police Road King FLHP and the Police Electra Glide FLHTP both come standard with the new Reflex Defensive Rider System (RDRS) which helps maintain traction and control in adverse weather and dicey situations. Take a look at the details of the RDRS systems here: southsideharley.com/reflex-de...

The Harley-Davidson Police Electra Glide also comes with the new H-D Connect and fan-assisted oil cooler.
"There's something undeniably right about a cop on a Harley-Davidson." - Robert Patrick.

Having ridden Harley Davidson police motors on and off duty for 20 years, the 2020 models are the best of the best. The RDRS system is a life saver and the 114 motor is so smooth and powerful it's a pleasure to ride under all conditions. Great job Harley Davidson.
Thanks for your great feedback.
hi, why US police uses harley as their motorcycle ? I mean there are other brands that are lighter, faster, more maneuvarable
Roman, Harley Davidson police motorcycles are less expensive, easier to maintain, and are much more maneuverable than you think. There are currently only two brands of motorcycles in the US offered as manufacturer designated model police bikes. BMW and Harley. There are a couple other brands that are upfitted by third parties, but are not intended or marketed as police models by the manufacturer.
Say thats a nice bike....
Haha- I see what you did there.
@Benjamin Hui lol I know right
Classic
I rode an Electroglide when I was a cop back in the 70’s. It was a beast and I loved it.
Robert is so cool and serious!😎☝️
I was riding about 1000km a few days in Europe through the rain without any traction control. LOL

Thanks for the info Robert Patrick and marketing weasel.
How amazing that this iconic brand services both sides of the law- I find that fascinating
Thank you Gentleman, (All for the MEN and WOMEN in BLUE).
I have 3 electra police from 2003 2009 2019 and a 2013 road glide, electra is the best, from the seat, the fairing is more sturdy, making it so good to turn and easier to handle 🔥
That road king is bad ass! 🤩
Why T-1000 without police officer uniform ?
Like if you remember "nice bike" in T2 I loved that! (an ugli KZ 1000 police by the way)
They've come along way since most of the motorcycle cops used to ride Japanese motorcycles like on the tv show chips , I love the blue color too !!! 👍😀🚔🇺🇸
i dont know it's the officer really tall or the bike get smaller
Imagine if Robert was on a Kawasaki kz1000
It's funny to see Robert Patrick here since he rode a KZ1000 in T2, not an HD. Go figure
That was from a deleted timeline he'll say...
I thought he would chase bad guys on a Harley like he did Arnie in T2 movie
a real dream!!
YES!!!
Why the police motorcycle has a RPM gauge on the tank and the speedometer on handlebar on Police Road King? What advantage has this configuration? Thank you!
It used to be reversed, since the tachometer was an add-on that civilian models did not have. It was changed so that the speedometer was placed on the handlebars in order to put it more in the field of view of the officer and keep from having to look down to confirm speed.
Perfect explanation!

666 on that 🤩
I don't understand. They want to sell police motorcycles to the civilian ?
This is because of a few reasons. The fact that they are decommissioned Police bikes so they are in really great condition 9 times out of 10. People want these bikes, as they handle very well and have history. Also why let a great bike go to waste, we want to see these bikes be put to good use. Hope this helps clear up any confusion.
@@IndySouthsideHarley 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Deffenatly would be my choice hands down if I got the privilege to have a motor cops job. + the taxpayers $ is spent on a motorcycle company owned in the place paying for it.
