With all the soot and oxide on the inside of that weld, there is a strong possibility that you mess up your expansion valve or even your compressor. It's very likely that you will break parts for $500 because you saved $80 for a new condenser...
Hi man, I have minor bents in the fins of a new Car AC evaporator which arrived today after waiting for 2 weeks. Does the small Bents affect the car AC system? Should I return it ? Bents are small but I am afraid it will cause damage. I hope someone can answer and help me. Last year I lost my Car's AC compressor, and condenser due to a bad evaporator which development mould in it & led to Black Death & destroyed the whole AC system. So I hope some can help with this question 🙏
Umm sir the condenser it self is less then 150 for most cars and some trucks u spent more and and money on all the equipment just to still have an old condenser
just replace with new. more holes will appear next day in an old one.

Its mostly about the freon. If system is empty again on the next day, refilling it all the time is a tad pricy..
Maybe because "other unit owner" is fucking stupid and didn't actually fix anything and made it worse at the same time.
if it has metal debris inside its prone to leak again coz of high pressure and might damage the compressor
