Curtain Call, WI6, 3/2023

A first person perspective climbing the first pitch of Curtain Call - a climb that was on the bucket list since I was in university which was over 2 decades ago.
I vividly remember climbing the first pitch for a very long time, it just didn't seem to end. Towards the end I was getting mentally tired for climbing - the first time I felt that way on an ice climb. That time it took me to the top of pitch 1 of 2 was finally objectified while putting this video together - an entire hour. The longest I've been on a pitch of ice. I also made me realize I owe a big thanks to my partner JC Dubeau for the belay.
Ran out of battery for the second pitch but topping out was one of the most joyous moments in my life. Literally a pipedream come true.
