90% problem comes by the speed of network connection the person is using while uploading.... If you have highhhh speed network so doing the settings shown in video will be enough Or else you'll still get a compressed quality video

This setting is not available in my device, firstly in my Android it's coming in the name of cellular data use and after opening the only option I'm getting is of Data Saver! I guess this setting is only available in iOS

4mb bitrate is too low for a video.. I have tried and the quality is very bad with 4mb
