How we get our baseball confidence completely upside down

Do you wait for positive results to happen BEFORE you decide to behave with confidence?
Maybe if you're playing an easier sport that'd be ok. BUT NOT WITH BASEBALL.
You cannot wait for results to give you permission to feel good about yourself.
You have to FEEL and BEHAVE with confidence first!!!
