Bison is for the English version and Vega is for Japanese version In Japanese version there's 3 character called Vega, Balrog, and M.Bison But for some reason they decided to switched around the name for the English version
Street Fighter since waaay back have English version and JP version have switched names on 3 characters M.Bison, Vega, and Balrog In the JP version Boxer = M.Bison Claw guy = Balrog officer uniform = Vega the boxer was named after M.Tyson but it may cause problems overseas so thats why the english version switched it up eng version Boxer = Balrog Clawguy = Vega officer uniform = Bison
