From time to time everyone should replay ds2 to really appreciate the quality of life in their other games. I mean ds2 it's a good game but they really added some tedious and kinda unnecessary mechanics here and there.
@@bahencio i mean i had no major problems with bloodbornes mechanics compared to ds2,i could easily dodge atacks without getting hit mid animation cause ny adp was low and the combat had a really and i mean really good feel to it. Bloodbornes biggest issue were some runbacks that were basically entire areas to reach the boss door and a minor one was having bullets and healing as farmables even tho i personally never had issue with not having enough of them early game and late game you have so much echoes it isn't a big deal.

Damn done in by the prowling magus. As someone who loves and plays Ds2 pretty often highly enjoyable watching this one and watching someone not too familiar with ds2's quirks.
The biggest problem with ds2 that i personally had wasn't the clunky movement or not knowing that you need adp but the absence of i-frames on boss gates. Not the first playthrough while exploring and killing most enemies but on repeat ones or on bosses which moves I'm still learning. Getting stunlocked by 3 normal enemies at some boss that i keep dying to is the most tilting thing in all fromsoft games for me.
It honestly helped me to know the fog gates worked like that in advance. Every boss run I did in the game would be methodical - actually routing a path where I could kill off the problem enemies and get to the fog gate easily.
@@DanielFerreira-ez8qd it makes you have a different approach but honestly if i die even 2 times to a boss idgaf about the area or enemies i just wanna get to him as soon as possible to learn his moves.
