    My body sometimes falls in trance. Noticing it is being in the presence, right? But usually being present does not mean being in trance?

    I love your videos,,, but the break through commercials are the highest of any one I follow 7 or 8 in these mediations. I breathe through them, but deters me from using them. my brain does enough interrupting.
