  • Stuffed Mirchi Pakoda
    Ingredients:
    300gm - Big Chilli
    Method:
    Take Mirchi Wash n Cleaned , Slit the Chilli and Remove Seeds.
    Better:
    2+1/2 Cup - Besan
    1 tsp - Ajwain
    1/2 tsp - Hing
    1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
    Salt to taste
    Method: Take a Bowl and take the above ingredients and Make batter using Water , Make a thick batter using a whisker and Give Rest for 10 min.
    Stuffing:
    Ingredients:
    1+1/2 Cup - Farsaan Mix
    Method:
    Take Mixie Jar and Grind above Farsaan Coarsely then add
    1/4 Cup - Crushed Peanut
    Salt to taste
    2 tbsp - Dhaniya Jeera Powder
    1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
    2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
    1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
    2 tbsp - Til
    1 tsp - Saunf Powder
    1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
    1 tbsp - Powder Sugar
    1/4 tsp - Hing
    1 tbsp - Oil
    1/2 no - Lemon Juice
    Method:
    In above Bowl and above ingredients, Mix Properly and Stuff in Chilli .
    Take Batter in Glass, Deep Chilli in batter , Fry in Hot Oil . Till Golden
    Serve Hot.
