Love the floor plans and colors used. Just surprised at the finishes. Carpet. Formica. The built in bathtubs.

Thanks for watching! They have a lot of other options, you just have to get in there early enough in the construction process to pick your floors/paint/counters/etc. If you're interested, please let me know, I work closely with this builder.

For the price, why didn’t they use quartz tops? The lament tops should been grouted in a matching color. Like the closet space and shelves in laundry is everything.

Thank you for your comment and feedback! The choice of countertops and finishes can vary based on the overall design and budget considerations. While quartz is a popular and durable choice for countertops, the selection often depends on the builder's preferences and budget constraints. Regarding the laminate countertops, some homeowners opt for this option due to its affordability and versatility. As for the grout, you've raised a great point about matching the color to create a seamless look. This can definitely enhance the overall appearance.
I appreciate your input and the focus on closet space and laundry shelves; these aspects are indeed important in any home. If you have any specific questions about this property or other real estate-related queries, please feel free to ask. Your insights are valuable, and I'm here to assist you with any real estate needs you might have.

Beautiful house until you said Formica countertop with carpet, I’m guessing the extra shelving in the laundry area is your pantry, for that price all the houses should have or comes with quartz countertops and tiles flooring throughout. Which house was under $300t?
