Rif sensitive means its not detected

MTB detected in CBNAAT refers to detection of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Rif sensitive means Rifampicin resistance is not detected so the bacterium is sensitive to the drug

IT IMPLIES THAT GENEXPERT HAS LESS ABILITY TO TRULY DIAGNOSE TB( ONLY IN 46 % ) SO DO NOT OVERRELY IN PLEURAL TB ( ALL PATIENTS MAY NOT BE GENEXPERT POSITIVE ) HOWEVER A NEGATIVE TEST MAY BE SEEN IN 99 % TRUE NEGATIVES SO IF CLINICALLY DOUBTFUL THEN USE OTHER TESTS DONE TO DIAGNOSE TB AND MAKE SURE DIAGNOSIS IS CORRECT
SO GENEXPERT POSITIVE - CONFIRMED TB;; NEGATIVE- CONFIRM DIAGNOSIS BY OTHER MEANS EG BIOPSY

CBNAAT is a system of performing PCR ..PCR is the microbiological technique and CBNAAT is the cartridge based system of doing that
