Depending on what you are making of it. Measure out your skirt panels and attach them to the upper part

Instead of normal dart, you draft a princess dart that is well aligned and fitting, test on a rough fabric, do your adjustments before transferring it to the main fabric.

Why one and the half for the front dart?
