The only thing with sticking everything upside down, is that when you later turn the journal itself upside down… then everything is the right way up 😂🤣 I love it Meg! Thank you so much for all your amazing videos! 💖🥰
I never thought of making a journal like this. Am going to try it. Thanks for your ideas. You are very good doing videos. Such a pleasant voice. God bless you.
I love your process. I never thought of using a paint sample pamphlet for a junk journal. It’s a very good idea. I would never have even considered adding signatures to the “accordion” j.j. Loving this idea.❤️
It's a new thingy "Craft with me"! I love it, Meg. I'm doing accordion journal nowadays but um definitely I'll make one of that in the future. Thank you always for inspiration ❤❤
I usually tie mine on the inside and then I add beads and charms to some of the ends. I have seen someone punch out small shapes of paper and glue the ends of the cords inside the two shapes. It was so cute and didn’t add much bulk or weight. I’m loving this little paint pamphlet. Hugs, treen 💕💕💕
I like the use of the tracing paper. It's lightweight and allows a glimpse of the pretty flowers. I've tied my journals both ways adding beads and charms. I've also tied on the inside into an envelope I've opened and included in the signature. Then I tie it off and reglue the envelope leaving the envelope open as a pocket. So, the tying is done on the other side of the flap. I really like the signatures you've added. Different textures and colors really work. I just can't do an upside down page though! The journal is looking great!
I love watching your process and how you decide what works and what doesn’t. I often say “that looks great there Meg” and I think my dog assumes I’m crazy!!! Looks super so far!!!🌸🩷
Fabulous idea! Love the addition of the signatures, and the pages you selected. Do you have more of that black and white for covering the back of the journal? That might work. TFS. 🙏🥰
Loving this! I am really enjoying watching your process going through this. I also really like that some of the pages are upside down, I enjoy that and was never sure why because it seems wrong BUT I heard soneine say the other day that they like to put words/pictures upside down because then your eye doesn't feel like it needs to figure out the words and it just becones design! I also tie off on the inside, I don't usually add anything to the spines as far as charms or anything so I prefer the strings inside.
I am loving this Meg ! Wish I could find the paint cards like that here in the USA 😢 ! I also tie off on the inside, unless the journal " needs" a dangle 😊
? When you were speaking about your Xcut corner punch on the previous video was it single punch and what size of cut? I see there is one with a 2 punch choice, round/inverted and size choices, 5mm and 10mm. In a nutshell what exactly do you use, lol.💚
So simple and beautiful. Am I the only one who can’t do upside down pieces?! My eye won’t let me do it!!
Lol not alone
I was thinking the same thing.
Same here😂

I’m loving this too! I think that maybe the stocks of colour charts are going to become in very short supply!😂😊
🤣🤣🤣

Thanks so much! 😊
It’s so fun. I can’t wait to see what you do next! BTW - I’m an inside tie-er.
I love this. I hope I can find something like this too

I think I might do just that!! Nice contrast with the neutrals inside :)

Honestly I got it so long ago I’m not sure! It only has one punch option if that helps :)
Inside
My walmart has removed paint chips.😢
Oh no! 😱 Why don’t they think of us poor journalers 🤣
Please don’t put flowers upside down I can’t handle it! Lol 😮
Ahhh remember it’s for my background layers so might be covered up! Plus I find it’s less distracting for a page ☺️
❤❤❤
