I had a pair of "custom fit" insoles made for me by a prosthetic shop and to be honest, the Copper Fit insoles worked nearly as good as the custom fit ones did. For insoles off the shelf, they're not bad. You need to remove the foot bed in your existing shoes, then put the insoles in.
My podiatrist made me a custom fit pair of insoles that were perfect until..... My G.P. told me I had to lose weight, I slowly started noticing foot pain as the weeks passed. I chalked it up to walking 5 to 7 miles a day. After reaching my goal, the pain in my feet continued to get worse. I headed back to my podiatrist, I was informed my weight loss actually made my arch's rise 2-3mm, enough that they no longer fit right. My insurance does not cover orthotics, I could not afford another 300 bucks. I went through 8 or 9 pairs from the drugstore with zero relief or satisfaction. Then I saw the copper fit balance insoles. I figured I had nothing to lose so I bought them. After a couple days break in my feet slowly started to feel better, now you won't catch me without my copper fit insoles. On a scale of 1-10, for me they are a 20!!!! Thank God I found them and have had zero problems for 4 years now. When I see them on sale I grab 3 or 4 pairs, because when they wear out, I know, my feet start to hurt.
Great review!! I can't help but get jealous every time you do any outdoor filming. Living in Vegas, that's the life. Those wonderful views while you're out for a walk, just perfect. Thanks for sharing😃
Thanks Christy. It's funny, my wife and I have been considering a trip to Georgia to re-visit my hometown and to see the beautiful scenery there! I guess the grass is always greener (and actually, there isn't really any grass here, so it's definitely greener in Georgia)!
I like your review. It seems realistic and not overhyped so I will subscribe to your channel ... I hope all or your reviews are just as honest ... Nice Work!
Take it from someone that has suffered with foot problems for decades. I have had Orthotics, and more foot inserts than I can count. The Copper Fit are some of the best I have used. They are hard and take some time to adjust to, but don't give up. They work. I do not recommend Nike shoes for these, or any Nike. Mainly because most Nike fit tight. You need some room for inserts. I recommend Brooks, Hoka and some New Balance and Asics. Those brands are better at accommodating orthotic type inserts, which the Copper fit are. They definitely help with Flat feet and the overpronation that comes with that problem. For dress shoes its hard to tell, as most dress shoes fit tight. Always remove the insert that came with the shoe, before putting in Copper Fit. Otherwise as the reviewer in this video stated. Its just to tight. Believe me Copper Feet has given me some relief. I got none with Super Feet Inserts. Not enough Arch in Super Feet
I've been watching your review videos and it really nice your giving a real result and honest comment about the product your showing. and its nice you don't try to be funny and wacky like others do and you don't drop the f-bomb and other words.... keep up the good work....
Good review I have these inserts, and they do help with flat feet that overpronate. My problem with the Copper Fit is the insert is very hard. After a while that hardness is not comfortable to walk on. The heel strike is to harsh, and that sends the shock right up to my knees. Outcome for me is pain and tired achy feet. But I'm not overpronating. So for me I fix one problem, and inherit tired achy feet. I can't seem to win. Good Luck. Feet can drive one crazy
If that’s the case you’ll want to look for an insole with more cushioning (issue with those is that they take up more space) or if the shock is during a run you could strike with the forefoot rather than with the heel when running, it’ll take time getting used to it, but it puts less strain on the different joints in your leg
I'm a 42 year old male who suffers from really bad sciatica on both sides of the back I am using coppertone shoe soles for the first time tonight while at work and have zero pain as of yet so far so good hopefully it stays this way I give copper soles a passing grade thank you sir for your product review
Cooper Fit insoles are awesome. For the past several days I've had stabbing pain in my heels and after just one day of use the pain had diminished by 90% by day two I had 0 pain. Thanks Copper Fit for the best insoles ever Dr Scholls can't even compare to these. No more wasting money on other insoles.
I have both the CopperFit Work Insole + Ankle Socks. They definitely help with stability, endurance, and odor control while on my feet working all day. I was surprised how well they work thinking it was just another gimmick trend.
I use the Copper Fit Work insoles and I can't imagine not having them. They have been a major game changer with being on my feet 12 hours a day in ESD slip resistant steel toe work shoes.
Have worn these insoles for over a year am very satisfied by them for comfort. After initial break in if memory is correct you are supposed to wear them a few hours a day to get your feet adapted to them. Then wear full time. I have two sets to rest them in between.
Yes a knee or elbow sleeve will help relieve pain in these areas. After developing tendonitis in my elbow I started using an elbow sleeve as recommended by my doctor. The pain is gone. My husband uses a knee sleeve for knee pain caused by repetative movement at work and I started using one too when I have to do a lot of ladder and kneeling work as a merchandiser. I also use the copper fit compression socks to relieve foot pain from plantar facitis.
Great review. I love my Copper Fit Balance insoles. They've helped heal my plantars fasciitis. Having the deep heel cup is what I believe has helped the most. No other insert that I've seen has that deep of a heel cup.
I used some, but after consulting a Physician. Besides the insoles he can add small rubber bits to the insoles to give the right support you need. And they can give you a better walking posture, if you have condition similar to yours, probably why you not felt the same pain after hike
Bought these a few months ago it seemed to help with my back pain but as far as walking goes it gave my feet a little bit of discomfort after a few days of wearing them i took them back to the store
I have trash ankles im buying time on getting a replacement. In the meantime these do help. I would say they are on the harder side but thats honestly why they work i think as well as they do.they seem to roll my weight back inside of my foot so I'm walking more center and raise my heal which seems to help me from locking my knee while walking. Fix, not at all for me anyway being a more extreme case but a huge umprovement. If your considering them all I could say is they helped me get through12.5 hour work days.
Vionic shoes, Hoka One One, I’m 23 and I have the same issue on both of my feet. I work for an old fashion shoe store,( we still measure and fit people). And those would be perfect. Vionic has a high arch so if you aren’t used to it, be careful, don’t wear it for long periods of time, let your foot get used to it. Hoka is a rocker bottom shoe, they aren’t for everyone but they worked for me. Both of those brands I use every day at work and promote. Try it and see, you could always go to a foot doctor and ask as well of what they would recommend :) good luck!
I just bought a pair at Walmart for $10. I only got them because the sketchers I have doesn't have any insoles in them at all. They got lost when I washed them. Hope they help my foot. We'll see.
$25 is cheap compared to what I paid. But I have plantar fasciitis & spurs. & mine are prescription though. But they have been a miracle!! Before I was diagnosed though, I wish I would've known about these & gave them a try.
I just got a pair, they're ok for now. Insoles are not cheap. The Dr. Scholl's insoles cost more. Then there's the one's from Goodfeet that cost $200 plus and there's no guarantee. It's for your health. What's that worth?
... at 0:26 looks like you have other problems with the exposed 2x4 rafters and osb sheathing covering your patio. Lol 😁...thanks for the review, it was helpful...by the way is the arch of these insoles made of a hard runber, or firm plastic?
I've been using them for a couple of years now and I love them. I like to have really high and really firm support because my ankles don't really sit solid and one angle or another. For my newest shoes, the insoles that came with them gave me some trouble because they were glued pretty firmly in, but I just went ahead and tore em out because they were garbage. Literally just a flat piece of blue foam. After getting a new pair of the copper fit insoles, I'm noticing how little the old pair has actually worn out. The color has faded a bit, but they're still just as firm and the same shape as when I got them
I bought a pair of insoles from Red Wing which are pretty good since they have different styles for different kind of feet. I have them in my hiking shoes which are pretty comfortable when I go hiking in the Arizona Desert. Nice review!
Don't you get custom-made insoles on prescription (or also paid by yourself) in America? I live in Germany and happen to have such problems with my feet myself (flatfeet / splayfeet - something like that) and I usually go to my GP every once in a while to get a prescription to go to an orthopedic technician who takes impressions of my feet (ink on paper) and together with the information from the prescription she builds insoles to support MY feet in the right spots. I pay less than $20 for a pair - the rest is covered by my (general) insurance. (When I had private insurance, they covered everything.)
Copper Fit insoles are great. Used for 1.5 yrs They're not squishy foam, not thick not thin. When I got first pair, thought they were not good because I did not feel the arch. However, I immediately realized that was walking with out pain in the middle of my first plantar fascia injury. About 3 weeks later I could power walk and then soft hog. Morning pain eliminated too. These are great.
I hate to sound like a doubting Thomas, but its likely to be the 'placebo effect' you're feeling; Your body's physio-reactive condition to a 'high hopes' mindset that Copper Fit will work as advertised. Its the insoles helping, James... NOT the copper! (but I'm still glad you're not hurting)
i wonder if this would be helpful for someone who has alot alot of back pain and knee pain. (rheumatoid arthritis scoliosis and fibromyalgia. which i suffer from all three) i may try to look for something like this here in Canada.
Arches are okay for flat feet but be warned, if you aren’t used to it, don’t wear it for long periods of time. Otherwise you could end up hurting your feet more. Let your foot become adjusted to it :)

Love them inserts I have cerebral palsy and I don't get tired as much with the inserts

Trying to find the best insoles for use in hockey skates with very narrow, low volume, high arch feet.
Funny I found this review. I bought a pair yesterday figured I'd check reviews. I live in Philly but grew up in Green Valley...
Please do a review of WalkFit Orthotics insoles. And give me your opinion of which one works better for flat feet. Thanks buddy.
I have both the CopperFit Work Insole + Ankle Socks. They definitely help with stability, endurance, and odor control while on my feet working all day. I was surprised how well they work thinking it was just another gimmick trend.

I got a pair of boots that we're one inch too big. These made them fit properly and also comfortable.
Yes a knee or elbow sleeve will help relieve pain in these areas. After developing tendonitis in my elbow I started using an elbow sleeve as recommended by my doctor. The pain is gone. Great review. I love my Copper Fit Balance insoles. They've helped heal my plantars fasciitis. Having the deep heel cup is what I believe has helped the most. No other insert that I've seen has that deep of a heel cup.

Yes make sure you take the original insoles of your shoes out before inserting these or any other insole otherwise your foot will be cramped
I need something to help with my plantar fascitis so I can run again
Tony Yayo find anything yet?
Timyahn Beckwith ive seen some soles at walmart that are for plantar fascitis..i think its dr scholls brand

You can buy a new pair of shoes with that money. They are just two pieces of foam.
Lol the guy in The commercial said it will help with your jump shot. Balance is crucial for a good jumper. Good review tho man

You are correct. I'm trying to decide if I want to tear the patio down or repair it.
Can you do a review on the Copper Fit Zen Step??
I am ecperimenting with grounding or earthing curious if the copper is through out the insoles where there is no barrier to stop the grounding effect
There great they feel awesome today is my first day I use them and I recommend them
Great review!! Thanks!
Curious to know if I can be grounded with these
Would these be good for diy grounding/ earthing shoes with a copper piece cut hole to connect with earth
The arch support looks big, are they really that pronounced? If so, I might like them, I have high arches.
Yes, they're pretty high, which I do like.
Wonder if these might help my cousin.
I've bought about five pairs and they are terrific, available on Amazon at lower cost.
I've been using them for a couple of years now and I love them. I like to have really high and really firm support because my ankles don't really sit solid and one angle or another. what's with all the 'copper" stuff - did something go on with copper that I missed???
Bought the copper fit work warm less than a week and they fell apart

Healthcare is very broken in the US. Very. Very. Broken. I'm happy for you that your insurance (and government) actually helps you.
Dream. World If you got that kind of insurance
Your knees killing you after a mile walk, I feel you bro

Is there a left and right, or does it matter?
woody ramsey yes there’s a left and right

I definitely notice a difference when I walk or run with these as opposed to my other pair of shoes. I get much less knee pain when I have these.
What kind of sunglasses are you wearing man?
if your toes are getting pinched, you might find relief using your Futzookie. :-)
Hah good one!

Would these help chronic nerve pain
Are they like copper heelers suppose to help with pain don't know bout nerve pain though
How tall are u fam?!?
Are they good for flat feet?
My feet are extremely flat
There is a nice high arch, and my feet are somewhat flat, too. I can't say for sure, but my guess is that these would help.
Arches are okay for flat feet but be warned, if you aren’t used to it, don’t wear it for long periods of time. Otherwise you could end up hurting your feet more. Let your foot become adjusted to it :)

Just picked one up at Dicks! $6.97
25. For two pieces of foam....lol
A missed opportunity to call this "Gotham Red Copper Fantastic Fit Insoles."
Don't believe anything any celebrity promotes, they are paid to do that. Look at Tom Brady and FTX for example.
Why do they call it Copper Fit there is no copper in it, I ran my metal detector across it and nothing there is no type of metal whatsoever in this why would they call a Copper Fit I don't understand
