It honestly does. That is why I have owned this model a few times. But I can't stand them on wrist. lol

I put this on a G-Shock GWG-1000-1AJF a couple of days and it is a perfect pair. With a little silicone oil I got the heavy duty seiko bars to slide right in. Much better than the resin strap they come with

I recently got a Helson Shark Diver 45 and it came with something very similar to this in the package.

It probably works great on that watch. Enjoy it.

The vents really are just for looks. Maybe to expand over a wetsuit...but even then, most of that can be done by adjusting the quick release. They will not expand on a dive. Why, because as you go deeper, water pressure INCREASES, causing compression (of your wetsuit, watch band, etc). Maybe you're not a diver, but this is just a mild correction for your otherwise fine vids. Thx.

Thanks for the info. I know what they vents are for. I love the Seiko Z-22's with vents. But they are not as aggressive as on this strap. And they don't dig into the wrist. So this strap is a no-go for me.
      Take care.

Would you think this would look good on a Seiko Monster? I was thinking about it for mine but I haven’t pulled the trigger yet. It’s been at least 5 years since I first thought of it :/

No. The Monster is a smaller watch. Personally I think you need a 44mm or bigger watch for this strap.

I didn't realize It didn't have quick release so I am having it converted to quick-release this weekend but it feels so nice. I really want the camouflage band
