if you want to do this again with less weight consider the Ecoflow River power station and the Dash Mini griddle. You can cook a burger or eggs on it and it only draws 350W. Looks like you already got the tiny fridge figured out but that huge power station really took up a lot of extra space. You could fit the Ecoflow, fridge, Dash Mini, and your food in less space than just that huge Anker

Tucker, that's very cool! You need to be able to extend your camping time with that power system, by looking into roll-up solar panels, to charge the battery with, once you're at your "glamping" destination. No clue as to how many panels you'd need to fully charge up, during the day, but I do know panels have become way more efficient, these days. You've dealt with solar on your van, before, so you already know what you need, I'd think. You just need to track down roll-up panels you could temp-stow under your trike's length, and deploy on arrival. Instead of using the grill, except for an emergency, maybe, consider using MRE esbit stoves, or flameless ration heaters for cooking. This will drastically extend your battery's longevity, and greatly reduce the amount of time needed to fully charge, each day. Thanks for sharing this with us, Tucker. :)

There are lightweight water powered electric generators, too. Camping near a river or stream in the Pacific NW is easy since we have them everywhere, but we don't always get sunshine. Secure the turbine in the current and you've got a small hydroelectric system that can charge devices 24/7. Wind power is also possible, but windy conditions aren't suitable for paramotoring as we all know.

You can float down a river (one that circles around on itself to minimize walk back (or bring big wheel?) or paddle around in a lake. Down the road, learn to scuba dive and do an air-to-air fly-in and river, pond or lake dive. The tank would likely have to be something less than an Al-80 or don't bring the Anker. Keep your altitude down after diving to minimize chance of decompression sickness but totally do-able. Maybe a fly and fly-fish? Great vid! Thank you.

The best paramotor videos are camping trips. There are some good ones on RUclips. Please do more.

yea was looking for this. I'm sure he's smart enough to know the person or at least ask permission. I ATV in rural areas and some land owners are welcome to riding on their trails just have to make the right call so could be what he did here. because otherwise that's pretty much just blatant trespassing and not okay.

Those power stations are great but, for a Paramotor back country camp out, you need to weight weenie the whole thing and make your Tucker bag super light. Ever think of a way to do a flexible solar panel make like a ducted fan around the prop?

You should consider doing "trail magic" on on of the three continental trails (AT, CDT, PCT). Trail magic is providing thru hikers with food and supplies on the trail. The PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) is over 2,000 miles in the most rugged desolate areas in the country. The AT (Appalachian Trail) is much closer and has the "hundred mile wilderness" that is very remote.

I don't know how much aptitude you have for diy engineering, but it'd be cool if you recharge your Anker SOLIX while flying by putting a mini wind turbine on your trike connected to a basic little car alternator. It could easily put out as much energy as a car moving down the highway at an equal speed to your paramotor. The alternator has copper coils in it and a magnet that mechanically spins on a rod that would be powered by the mini wind turbine. You'd probably need a heat-sink cover to clip over it to keep it cool to the touch and safe in the air, but it would charge your Anker SOLIX just like a car does it's own battery while running. Come to think of it, if you could attach an alternator to the paramotor with a small rubber belt, like a 4-cylinder engine's timing belt, then you could use the paramotor itself to recharge your Anker SOLIX.

As much as I enjoy the BASE jumping and sketchy Alibaba paramotor adventures you have, my favorite videos you make are the ones where you do something like fly to McDonalds with your paramotor or camp somewhere like this one. I think you should do an epic trip where you hop from camp to camp site over the course of 3 - 5 days!
I've been subscribed since before your Icarus win and always enjoy these. Thanks!

Add some solar panels and a little extra food and you could go for a longer time camping, or multiple hops.

You should do a camping trip on the paramoder more survival style. Maybe use your wing as a tarp maybe bring a fishing Pole and you can only eat fish that you catch.

You should totally do a off grid beach island paracamping trip like a lil weekend thing, that would be awesome you could fly around looking for school of fish and stuff like that lol

Discarding the weight of the battery and the related, tech for lightweight backpack/camping gear and supplies, you could really set up for a multi-day back country fishing trip -- at least that's how I view the trike, and what I would do. The trike set up could be used like a flying packhorse, especially the ones rated for two people, just figure the weight of the gear + extra fuel for a long trip.

Very cool video, thanks. Your future video needs to be with your buddies. That way you can divvy up the supplies and do an entire weekend or maybe even get in a three day weekend. Add in a few base jumps for variety. I don't know if you could add in a blow up kayak and go downriver --logistics getting back would be a bear. Keep up the amazing videos!!

Magnificent, my man. That was an inspired way to have a good time, check out some new gear and test whether you would like to do it again. It semed that it is was good. Next time, maybe an inflatable mattress - you certainly have bulk energy to blow up the inflatable mattress. Maybe next time, and inflatable mansion. Wouldn't that be neat.?????? Onward and upward. Baby.
