Looking at it, typical cheap chinese fittings. If you build your own house in Australia, choose and buy higher quality fittings. Labour costs are sunk and mostly fixed, do it once do it right. It cost you the same to install cheap crap compared to good quality fittings. You might as well choose the later.

澳洲買屋第一考慮係 location，呢個包括區分好唔好，公共交通，公路網，學校網，附近有無超級市場，商店等。(第二，第三考慮都係 location and location。😅)
台主講嘅嘢都係考慮點，但係唔係最重要。
另外 Strata 費用，並非大部分係管理公司嘅行政費用，有部分錢 (有時係超過一半) 係會儲起作為 sinking fund, 留番嚟作為保養維修外牆同埋建築物結構之用。响決定買屋前要問業主或者通過地產經紀攞一份 strata report，睇睇 sinking fund 有幾多錢，有冇負債，有無即時重要維修要做。

第一套明细旧些 所以格局好些， 但是配置也太low了。 第二套新些，格局差很多。要我就选1， 10-20年本身就需要返修的时候一并处理好了。

Its really depend on your budget. If your budget is tight(below 700k AUD), it would be a good idea to consider apartment in CBD.
For retirement, consider weather and health issues before you decide which city to go to.
You can even consider retirement village, its cheaper and can save a lot of trouble. Only problems are limitation like age and people living together.
