This video is gunna help me but I still need to learn more bc I am building a mud bike so a 20% gear reduction and a wosco dome piston is going in my 300 and this would be my first time taking my motor apart I've never seen the inside of my motor besides the starter part I am nervous bc I dont have any extra motors to practice on first so wish me luck and I'm prolly gunna watch the video while I take it apart lol

Get with Greg Junior on Facebook for your top end needs if you haven’t already bought your stuff! I’d definitely recommend 40% at minimum or 60% GR if your wanting to build a mud bike

are you able to remove the crank shaft without removing the transmission parts.

How can I make sure my shift forks aren’t bent? They seems to be right, but I want to make sure they are correct before I reassemble.

Not entirely sure of the proper way. But I would just set them on the table and get eye level with them to make sure one side isnt lifted up. Or they don’t have a weird rock to them when sitting on the table. Other then that I would just send it

do we need to remove everything like you to have access to transmission gear? like removing the motor from the atv?

if you pull that output shaft with the motor still in the atv it will drop every transmission gear and you will have no choice but to pull the motor no matter what. actually very simple to these motors!!!
