My scooter has been out of service for two months after the recovery van took it away. Whenever I call customer care, the representatives speak to me arrogantly. Ola hasn't done anything illegal. They are slow but they don't do scams. Laws don't value time which can be seen in the way how courts operate. Ola never charges money for in warranty service but only takes 2-3 months for it. Legally, Ola is following with its contracted promise & hence nothing can be done
