Ola never refuses service but only delays it. If Ola refuses to honour warranty, only then can govt intervene. Legally, there is no respect for time in India. Even Indian courts don't respect time. So, govt can't do anything.

Worst service from ola
Pathetic condition. My vehicle had breakdown at middle of the bridge due to software failure got RSI after 3.5hrs and still no update about vehicle where about forget about service.
We can understand pains of ice manufacturers they will try to Stop EV by any means! But Ev will raise only! Let ppl of metro cities breathe!

If these EVs are sitting at the service centre, then their owners are likely using ICE to complete their commute. If a significant portion of the these EV buyers are irritated by the service quality, they will switch back to ICE and potentially recommend others to stick to ICE. This will come as another downside to EVs as a whole rather than this particular product by this particular manufacturer. This is not helping the uphill battle of EV adoption.
Ask ur govt to stop industries in cities first, stop the sewer drains in rivers. Stop weather modification projects of govt. Pollution will be lot less.

This is nothing as compared to SURAT'S udhna service center where more than 1500 scooters as kept in JUNKYARD when i went to service center i was surprised to see some even kept for more then 18 months my vehicle took more than 40 days to come back from service center after visiting them for more than 10 times and putting a lot of pressure. my biggest blunder is purchasing OLA, better purchase TVS raider it cost 1.2 lakh or HERO BIKES many which comes under 1 lakh and ola cost 1.7 lakh(S1PRO) u are not going to use 50K pertrol even in 5 years, so go on a reliable ICE technology then getting an headache by purchasing OLA which is only serviced by their OLA service center and ICE engine bike get repaired from anywhere any mechanic and its a reliable tech. Also in case of empty tank u can get petrol from fellow rider but u can't get your OLA battery charged from neighbour's OLA so go for ICE engine as of now.
What gadkari has to say about customers distress when he is arm twisting mfgers and consumers into switching to EVs?

Am using ola since 2 years with 20000+ add KM, with zero complaints till now.... No other EV's can be compared with ola performance, features, comfort, ride qualities range as of now. CEO Bavish should really work hard in delivering the best when it comes to service....

Catch hold of the CEO and punish him , who is answerable to the customer money , this is not a joke , paying 1.5 to 2 lakhs , who will keep quiet. Mr CEO, he has to be put behind bars. In INDIA all these kind of people will escape. No customer centricity . In other countries the company would be closed .
Ola is cheaper than other EVs. People buy Ola despite knowing service issues due to this cost difference. It is people's fault to buy it despite knowing the problems

EV vehicles all over the world are facing issues and the government knows this. Be it ford, Tesla, Tata, Bajaj, Ola. Government is behind this big push in electrification and the customers who purchase are part of R&D because PETA has banned testing on animals 😂 please stay away from all EV for the next 5 years

I've given my Ola S1 on Sep 3rd with range and charging issue. Instead of 4+hrs it's taking only 1.5hr for full charge and range has also dropped to 45-60km instead of 100+km. Even after 20+ days they didn't even get proper communication from the company about what to do how to proceed on this issue. Won't respond to calls.. pathetic service. I warn those who are looking to buy a Ola...Never Ever even think of buying one

Honestly Ather does it good. However there is nothing in the scooter ro be serviced and the only main issue is poor quality products aligned / seated and not rigidly fixed and poorly they never have sufficient service personel and network. That is pity that they only concentrate on sales.. However this happens only in india like how people still believe in congreaa 😂

Actually running automobile company is totally different game, lot of quality controls and system needs to run for a model. Bajaj and TVS are very old players and they know all quality system that's why they don't bypass and launch in hurry. There price may be higher than OLA but will be of better quality. Bajaj Chetak & TVS Cube are actually very good products than OLA & Ather.

Ola stock is tanking barely propped up by 'influenced' reports. Quality issues are not resolved at the service center - they are addressed at production. No consumer protection exploited by these third class startups. Want to know why margins are solid at Ola? Ask why there are quality issues? Same reason. Its time to government intervene poor people are buying ola electric scooter on loan and after buying they are crying for service. Ola don't know what is customer satisfaction and how to give post sales service. Ola CEO only know to give big talk but don't how to giver customer service to there own existing customer.

Instead of promising new models and electric motorcycles, Bhavesh must address these issues on a war footing to maintain Ola's reputation in the market. The best thing Ola can do is exchange new scooters to those customers whose vehicle is under warranty and repair the other vehicles at the earliest and clear the stockyard. If they expect sales for their future products then clear this backlog at the earliest because vehicles lying in the yard is negative publicity.
The team they made has no effects on the ground. The customer care and service are still pathetic. They only focus on marketing and media management. Previously, they used to respond if we tagged them on social media. But they have stopped responding to the issues raised on social media platforms.
