Some 15-20 years AGO Jamaat had the STRONGEST street power, they had very strong presence in educational institutions !!!! Their strength of character (quite often than not) and unity made them so strong that IF one man from our professional institute will block our way and say that we HAVE STRIKE today and NO one would go inside, then NO ONE would go inside for classes!!!! Now we DO NOT even see them as relevant entity among people !!! IT does NOT matter NOW if they have strong professional/ education/ street presence because they have NEVER stood UP FOR people, they have NEVER supported the JUSTICE, they have never spoke up against ANY wrongdoing (even when asim munir attacked their own people when they protested against Palestinian invasion), they have never sensed the pulse of people, they have never cared about illegal, unconstitutional actions of current Rulers in the RECENT times !!!!
Judge's integrity, honesty and eligibility would be certified by those 2 "civilian" intelligence agencies. Now intelligence agency would submit report that this judge is solid because we harassed his family members, tried to bribe him, forced him to announce specific verdicits in specific cases, we attacked his office/home or abducted his relative to intimidate him, made his private videos through hidden cameras. Now this judge has been certified as a solid Judge having balls of steel. 😜😄😄😄🤣🤣
These are subjective attributes. Objective assessment needs to be incorporated in the draft rules so that discretionary powers may be curtailed to the maximum extent.
IF ANY JUDGE HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE INCOMPETENT FOR ELEVATION ON ANY GROUND WHATSOEVER THEN HE WILL HAVE TO BE DISMISSED FEOM LOWER JUDICIARY AS WELL WHILST ANY LAWYER WHO HAS ANY SUCH SERIOUS DEFECTS CANNOT CONTINUE AS AN ADCOCATE
This was the TIME for Jamaat to stand up and show its muscles FOR the people of this country and Justice !!!! If they did so then they could have become stronger politically !!!! BUT unfortunately they have decided to OBEY asim munir (BUT DISOBEY ALLAH) and adopt sattoo pee kay so jao attitude !!!!! WHEN the establishment is running the affairs so badly, no unjustly, ALL their actions have become criminal, illegal, unconstitutional so obviously NOW that we can CALL IT EXPOSED !!! BUT I FEEL THAT Jamaat will STILL NOT WAKE UP!!!! If they were supporting the Justice and saying Kalima-e-Haq by coming to streets, protesting against this NEW corrupt Judges appointments by political parties and asim munir then it can politically make them relevant among people !!!!
