My sex drive has been 0 for 2+ years. I was over weight, depressed & no social life.
I started fasting & lost weight. A few months into it I had a total flood in my house. I was forced to clean my intire house. I lost more weight, and all of a sudden, the sex drive came back. I could not figure out why until I watched this short 7min video!
Thank you so much! You inspire me every day! P.S. I'm 33 pounds down !!!!!

Good for you. I'm not trying to be rude, but what was your motivation for telling your whole personal story to the whole wide world, instead of just stating a "thank you for your inspiration, it's been life-changing for me"?
      - I just can't help but reading some sadness behind your reason for such an elaborative comment, since it's clear that you're hoping for/expecting positive feedback in the form of approval and compliments from complete strangers. The sadness I read in your comment, is that you clearly need some approval and attention, even if it's from strangers giving superficial praising which is an indication that you unfortunately don't get your desired/needed recognition from people close to you.
If you have people personally/emotionally close to you it's sad that they can't provide you with your needs, and the same thing would be the case if you don't have someone close to you.

Just because you feel like you wanna do something, That doesn't mean that it's Ok or acceptable to DO it.
Your sinful urges are not what get you to hell.
And you ARE not your SINFUL URGES, They are the devils misguidence, and IT'S NOT YOUR IDENTITY!!!🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️
Your actions ARE WHAT GET YOU TO HELL, NOT YOUR URGES, THOUGHTS, AND FEELINGS, WHICH OFTEN ARE MADE TO SEEM OK BY THE DEVIL MISGUIDING U!!!, and if you keep living this way, and don't turn to Christ, and don't try, and do your best to stay away from said sins, then You're headed streight for hell, and it's the same for EVERY SIN!!!
But if you turn to CHRIST, Ask him for forgiveness, and ask him to help you to give you strength to NOT SIN, and to RESIST TEMPATATION, and you try YOUR BEST to stay away from sin, and ask JESUS for forgiveness when you fall, and ask him for strength every time you fall, and you try your best to not sin again every time u fall, and ask God to fill you with the holy spirit, and to let the holy spirit guide you each, and every time u fall, then JESUS will help you, and will forgive you of your sins, and you'll be clensed by the blood of CHRIST, and you'll go to heaven, and the slate will be wiped clean, and all your sins will be forgotten!!!🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️✝️✝️
But remember to not use Jesus as an excuse to sin or as a get out of jail-free card so you can sin freely, and if you have done that or end up doing it, then do what i said above.
TURN TO CHRIST, OUR ONE, AND ONLY LORD, SAVIOUR, AND GOD, AND TURN AWAY FROM YOUR SINS!!!✝️✝️✝️🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ IN JESUS CHRISTS HOLY NAME I PRAY THAT YOU TURN TO CHRIST, AMEN!!!✝️✝️✝️🙏🙏🙏💚💚💚
FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, SO THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PARISH, BUT WILL HAVE EVERLASTING, AND ETERNAL LIFE-John 3:16, AMEN!!!🙏✝️🙏✝️🙏✝️💚

I wonder if the case of: exercising help to produce/keep a high level of testosterone is in part due to that “getting a win” effect. After exercising there’s is that feeling of accomplishment, a feeling of “winning” if you will. Wondering if it can be a contributing factor or just the act of exercising is what raise your testosterone regardless of how you feel afterwards? If that is the case, you could argue that adopting a mentality of even “trying” instead of doing nothing as a win could help elevate or at least keep your current level of testosterone?

Every step is a WIN and I walk up to 12,000 steps. I love the space and emptiness, the massive skies and views -sometimes 50 miles on a clear day. Live in the moment - appreciate the joy. When I'm done I can look forward to the next one.

    • @theiriscen
      @theiriscen Год назад +2

      Its everything together.
You get a W when you complete an exercise course simply because you have completed it. Setting a goal limit here is helpful.
You can a W when you actually exercise if you associate exercise to a positive experience. Like, if you know and believe exercise to be a heathy thing to do, simply doing it gives you a win.
You get another W after a strenuous (emphasis on strenuous) exercise bout from a relative standpoint. Lets say you have just sprinted, all of a sudden, carrying out a simpler activity like walking becomes easier because your muscles and cardiovascular system have already been exposed to a more difficult task. So going through life and navigating your environment feels like you are floating and you get that “high” feeling.
So depending on how you exercise, you have a cumulative W, and all these Ws boost your testosterone and you become more confident.

    Resistance. Huh…
When I was a kid my parents divorced and my dad kept all my things to manipulate me to come see him. So I stoped going to see him and I stopped caring about my things because people could control me with my things.
Later the rest of my things were burnt up in a fire at my moms house. I’m the garage. Electrical fire. This all before I’m 19. So later I decided just to have small things that I could take with me everywhere I went.
I had a very unstable existence growing up so didn’t want to accumulate things for fear people would control me and that I would lose them anyway.
It really messed up my life allot. I can see that now.
I mean for me organization doesn’t just happen in the physical world or also happens in the mind. Big you can’t always control your physical world. Other people often do.
So how does one keep one’s sanity when they lose control of the outer world?
I’m not interested in having OCD to be sane. I’m also not interested in being militant.
I don’t need an artificial identity. Or a group identity.
I’d really like to be my ultimate self. Empowered and whole within.

    • @Idothinkysaurus
      @Idothinkysaurus Год назад

Your mental world is an extension of your perceived physical world, but the inverse is also true. Your perceived physical world is an extension of your mental world.
Jung says that which isn't dealt within, is dealt without. If you have unprocessed mental trauma for example, eventually you're going to find yourself forced into a situation where you have to overcome a physical manifestation of it. Such happenings are not obvious at first glance.
So in order to achieve the lazy way out, or perhaps to get out at all, you have to be able to compact your physical world into your mental world and battle it out there. This is why the notion that life is but a dream is present in the quest for enlightenment. If you attempt to understand your waking life like you would a dream, things change a LOT, and you become more obvious to yourself.

Do you know 100% sure you’re going to Heaven, if you die today? The Bible says you can know. It’s not about being a good person or “repenting of your sins.” There’s only one thing you’ve got to do.
We’re all condemned to Hell because we’re sinners - “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). The Bible mentions a “second death” in Revelation:
“…and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)🔥

You don't need motivation, you need to do it.
You really think that CEO's athletes or any winner in their field always has motivation to do what they are supposed to do? No, they just do it, it is not about motivation it is about not being weak, you know what you must do so just do it and stop using lack of motivation as a crutch.
I know it's hard to hear but lack of motivation is a path to weakness and excuses, you don't need motivation to do anything in life, what you feel has no bearing on what you must do. And you need to control your mind, not let it control you.
