Would like to point out that the UH fans are a big part of the success of this program. To turn this tournament into arguably a home team and court in 2021 NC, 2022 NC, and then this BW Championship. Give kudos to all those UH fans that are able to go up and support their team and also put pressure on the other teams. One thing that I've noticed about UH in the past 4 years, it's like UH can go into 2nd gear when they need to. They may lose a set, a game, but it's how they adjust to it that makes them more potent. It's almost like watching a pro team when they are hitting on all cylinders and at times they look unbeatable.
Seems that whenever they lose a set, or rarely, a match - it pisses them off and they come back like gangbusters!! Love my UH boys! Now go get'um at the championship!!! You guys are rock stars🤩🤩🤩!

Title IX requires the same number of scholarships for men and women across all teams in an athletic program, meaning womens sports having to take on more roster spots (because of mens footbal being quite large) than mens sports. The 15 subs allows for successful completion of the T9 requirement, but its really quite an odd thing to complain about.

Once again Long Beach gets a free ride to nationals after losing the Big West Tournament for the second time in a row. It should be UCI going instead of them. It’s a shame that teams in strong conference like the big west aren’t allowed to have all 3 of them qualify for the tournament because there can only be one conference winner, yet a team like Penn State will always qualify for nationals because the rest of their conference is always trash. Why else have they been able win their conference tournament THIRTY-FIVE times?
LBSU was overall way better than UCI in the entirety of the season. Although I do agree Big West needs 3 teams into the tournament, there is simply no more space. GCU won the tiebreaker against UCI. Thank god next season, tournament will be expanded to 12 teams so 5 more teams will get a chance. So thats a great news.
