That montage scene never fail to make me cry. The sweetness, the love, the happiness, the bitter, the death, and the destruction. It's like the scene is giving me dread and hopelessness but at the same time it's comforting me and telling me it'll be alright. Even with my description I think it's not enough. There's more to it but it's literally indescribable I can't put it to words. That scene is just... it's life, I guess.
One of the best interpretations of Chopin's Nocturne in E Flat Major, it's not too slow, or too fast. It has the perfect balance to make someone tear up.
Not many anime manage to make me cry. But something about how this anime capture the innocence and reassure me that there's beauty in being optimistic towards life resonated within me.
In the manga this scene kind feel flat but it's good one, but when adapted to anime, with nocturne is just one of the best montages that I ever see in my life
One thing this show made me realize, the world feels empty without life and humanity, and to accept humanity is to accept it with all its flaws, all the mistakes, and most importantly all the love it can give. In-between all the chaos of this scene, the destruction, the hatred, the beautiful moments in the end are the ones that stood out and ultimately ill take a world of pain and hatred if it gives me a chance at a glimpse of love and humanity. 10/10 show
Agreed. It's sad, but in order to truly appreciate happiness you must first know sadness. Seeing the sharp contrast in the imagery while this song played in the anime was beautiful. The highs and lows of life captured in the fleeting moments behind that camera; from one generation to the next
I will no change my mind in the future, this anime is most beautiful piece of art ever made by the japanese animation. But, maybe i'm lying, cause in the future I expect a anime of Shimeji Simulation
