Part of the problem is that the Alexander technically does not have a ground attack. Nothing like a Banshee. So it will be somewhere around "Overseer" on the list of target priorities. Would be nice if Tynan could fix it, so that the Alex is recognized as a "ground attacker". So ground based AA actually prioritizes it.
I honestly feel like multi-lock is necessary for Nova. I know that it isnt included in co-op commander, but balance wise this would give Nova a much needed AA option that doesnt involve creation of a new unit
In co op I got around the Goliath problem by using 2 Ravens to drop turrets in front of the Goliath line to tank and banshees to clear ground faster. Not sure if that's viable in DS. Also I think ghosts with TT do better into mutas than Goliaths since they're bio.
The problem is that his original oponent is mengsk against whome you do not want to go ghost-spam because he can brutaly counter that with lings+ultras.
How to tell that you do not know much about the game without telling that you do not know much about the game. Ghost spam does not work if your oponents have beefy biologial units. You know, like ultralisks. That Dehaka and Mengsk have. Or when you can simply outspam ghosts with cheap targets like Stukov. I get it, the sound when 20 ghosts auto-cast snipe on enemy line is gorgeous. But simple math shows that it does not work. Ghosts are too expensive for them to win purely on their snipe ability. At best their snipe does about 1 damage per mineral you pay for them with risk of overkills. Beefy units like ultras have cost of about 1 mineral per about 1.8HP. So when your entire line of ghosts fires their snipes, you will be left with about half of ultras still alive (realisticaly it will be more, but with various degree of damage). 4 ghost costs close to 6 ultras. So with half of them dead, do you think that 4 ghosts have enough DPS to kill 3 ultras while their snipe is on cooldown? The answer is: NO. Ghost spam works against Vorazun, and even there only if Vorazun is using at least some bio units and does not go purely mechanical.
@iglidor welp goodluck with ur bright idea then. Clearing out as much units fast to limit overun is one of the optimal use of ghosts. Even defaka would not melt to 8 ghosts snipe. But who knows, i don't know how to play. Even if im in a few of this content creators games

If you kill all ground units then the scout problem is solved too.
