I just found out my path is fairly high at 142. Never had this test even though I’ve suffered from half of these symptoms for years. Stomach pain unexplained, vomiting and appetite loss has been very bad this year and drs couldn’t figure it out …well hope this turns a light bulb on

My dad is in dylisis. I got his lab results and his. Lab of Pth intact is 134 H. Is there ways to lower it?
