At 35:00 as the conversation goes to forms of music .. in that context, there is no teaching hip-hop because it came out machines as in samplers. As for Jazz, there are thousands of jazz musicians across the world who are not black, but very aware of the black legacy, as much as non-black pioneers. Point being, music can be learned and experienced without any severance and political baggage, once we distance ourselves from the said society. The conversation is very interesting. Many thanks.
