this has been greatly helpful. Would love to see it updated for the changes with Kvaris. So happy they added a skill where you can keep your chain even if the last enemy inconveniently dies before you finish your chain, just losing like 20 off of it. But restarting at 80 is better than 0.

i should be thanking you guys for shedding some light into other classes and making guides for them aswell, they're gonna be a really big help to not just me, but pther players that want to get into territory they havent stepped on yet. thanks to you guys i finally understood how to properly play gunner, you guys are seriously underated imo
A good thing to try is to switch to a Tech weapon when about to use a Photon Blast. The benefit of this is being able to attach an All-Element elemental down to your damage as well.

Also I have personally experienced the weapon action(stylish roll) not properly affording the I-frames even when accompanied by the audible cue. Thinking this may be a desparity between when we actually receive them VS when the animation would imply we do. Slight timing issue in the coding. At least my theory.

No wonder i cant Stylish rolling pettas Vera stab skill ( with backward Stylish roll) despite the ding sound. And datyl ultimate beam attack too, i cant Stylish roll it -.-. Gunner's Dodge counter seems more reliable exept for aerial combat :v

Cant you easily save strikeback buff when you trigger your chain as long as you dont use PA to build your trigger, using buffed stylish roll attack is faster at build chain anyway i think. Or is there like a duration time for strikeback buff
I'd say, it depends on how much your trigger count is. In the video, It just so happened that I was building chain and was able to dodge at the 80+ chain mark so I was thinking to save it up for some burst damage. But if you're still at chain 1, you might as well release it with bullet rave because your DPS will suffer for it. But gotta say, those high and fast numbers feel so satisfying
But but but but, what about Step Dodge with Resurgir for crit and then chaining into Stylish rolls! For more incredible pew pewingseseses. I am currently running TMG/Launcher gunner. Also additional tip, the first onlsaught you do is a dodge, so you can gain Strike back if you position yourself and dodge an attack with it.
😆I'd really love Resurgir if only it wasn't step dodge. Imagine the pewcritpewpews! How's the launcher going? Are the lazors doing well for ye? 😆 Aye! SEGA was kind enough to make sure that onslaught damage does not proc strike back. Imagine how stupid it would be if they did ._.
We'll probably get better elemental weapons down the road but for now, I think the main difference between straga and glissen is the average damage output. They aren't too far in terms of min-max but the flat 5% potency floor difference is noticeable. I don't really mind though since all of the current content is managable even with +40 Primm weapons XD (like for real, my friendo's stuck with a +40 primm until next patch LOL)
If it is the best weapon for DPS, that means it is the weapon with the highest Damage Output in any time spam. I dunno, they feel very weak over all... What is the combo for? for example. You'd think that it raises the damage or something but it doesn't look like you do more damage... :I I don't get this weapon at all...
I miss the ridiculous mechanics of vanilla gunner T_T I want to flip around the screen in slow motion while invincible to everything then hero dive like max payne

The known bug was that, if you integrate a multi on a TMG, the chain trigger count gets bugged out and you sometimes activate it even if you didn't mean to. Not sure if they fixed that lately though.
@@WitcreamMedia Oh ok. I was farming daityl 2 augments in Central and started and popped chain trigger with no issues its safe to say it's fixed. I was farming for a good 3hrs or so.
i Also use Resurgir TMG+Talis Multi weapon Save to say it was fixed,but fun fact Talis Weapon Action Can Generate Chain Triger when Switching to TMG again,also that loaty Cards still Exist even affter changing to TMG on Multi weapon(Not work if you change the weapon using the palletes)

While that may work for many games, this one has clearly had a lot of big changes in the last 6 months that have made almost all informational videos effectively null and void.
We have a video for that but long story short, it's better to pump ranged potency for now and some HP and PP. Gunners are basically mid-ranged so having some survivability helps a lot especially in UQs where sometimes, you just can't dodge everything.
Typo on Gunner charge time: It's *30% faster compared to Hunter instead of 70%. My braincells timed out when I added that LOL

Worst part about Gunner, aside from current Chain Trigger breaking bugs, is positioning yourself for Photon Blast damage.
TOTALLY :( thats why we just really need to stick to the target at literally knife range to make sure it pops.

From what I see the activation of chain trigger and ending activation of chain trigger boost the Dmg by allot

Looks like its a PSO version of guns bayonetta. Its fun to play but not as easy or comfortable as the ranger or bow braver.

well Sroll was easy if you are used to do ninja bridging tecniques when playing minecraft since both timing was nearly the same

I have a res tmgs multi with wired Lance to chase down the mobile bosses and weak spots. What is the bug with multi weapon tmgs?
