I'd say the AVRE is way worse than this. I actually had my entire crew knocked in my MK6 a few hours ago, first time in 20k ish games
Just started a game in my tier 8 scourge and then 30 seconds in when I’ve not even got out of spawn an avre comes over the hill and one shots me at Mach 1 wargaming do not care about their game anymore
AVRE requires less skill to plat then artillery

This is the crap you get just after they nurfed the 4005 FOR DOING THE SAME DAMNED THING. No skill required, kids play for free, and we all suffer.

I'll say avre is the most annoying tank deal with taran tank seems balanced it's not as annoying as the farm bot avre tank with bulldozer armor made outta steel of a m1 abarms.

@@TrumptardscryXD AVRE is broken because litteraly a monkey could pick up the controller peak autoaim anywhere on the other tank and get rewarded with 500 average damage. It is so crazy, that the devs have to be on drugs or a little slow to think it is ok
I was close to stop playing the game after the Taran sale, but after the release of the Avre I really stopped playing. No point in getting completely destroyed by these two tanks in my 1400 hp T8 tanks
You can forget to play your Tier 8 Tech-Tree Stock Tanks now. Got one-shotted several times now. Three Avres in a team…all the time.

Yea... I'm a Veteran player, played since 2013. I don't enjoy Tier Xs anymore. Used to be my goal. Now I play 4, 7 and 8.
Same. I've been playing on and off for years, and I'm still average at best 🤣, but I just stay away from tier IX and X.
Always at the bottom and I make one mistake and I'm dead. Especially with the enemy team running like 4+ AVRE it seems.
Give me tier IV-VIII all day. Too bad half the time I go VIII, I end up in AVRE hell. 😅
I feel the AVRE is just as bad if not worse (Annoying to deal with) than the Taran. Sure the AVRE has HESH and sometimes only does 500-700 damage, but it also has armor. Going against it in a Tier eight is actual hell. Sure the Taran can spot you before you spot it and typically will do 900+ damage every shot, but it has basically ZERO armor, Like almost any HE can work on the Taran.

I’m an 8 year player of this game and I’ve never hated a tank so much in the game as this one , I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been destroyed at the end of a game by it just sitting at the back of the map and what makes it worse is it out spots you and the camo is just ridiculous for a big tank it’s ruined the game play and with the new teir ten centurion or what ever it is called from the new game pass it’s like receiving 1000 damage now is normal!!! And your shittie 400 damage your medium tanks give out is a waste of time
Don't forget the Armadillo got nerfed.
AVRE shouldn't be in WW2 it needs to be in cold war
WG either needs to nerf the Turan and the AVRE or buff the FV215B 183 and FV 4005. They ruined tier 10 with these tanks. I’ll forget completing my Machine contract and I’m not spending $200 to skip the last three stages. Wtf WG
The Machine isn't nearly as good as it was when it first came out, so you're really not missing much by not completing the contract.

Don’t worry it’s not working for me either. I’ve talked to support through tickets and they say that once you press claim it will redirect you to a page that you can put the codes but nothing happens when you press claim it smh.
Third game in this thing I broke my damage record. Ended up with 10.7k damage. Leading up to it I had a 6.7k and a 8.2k damage. Broken.

11 Centurion AVREs out of 30 tanks in a game the other night. I'm playing cold war because it's made ww2 unbearable.
Cold War isn't all that great, either, since WG introduced the Thumper... 3 - 6 of those puppies in every battle is... "interesting!" 🤦

However, in *my* opinion, CW absolutely sucks! I only play CW to earn shitloads of Silver to finance my obscenely extravagant expenses in WW2 mode. I almost never play CW, unless my Silver account dips below 300 million... an hour or two of CW and I'm good to go for a while!

you're complaining about the thumper which is a good tank but it's not op compared to other cw tanks.
instead the centurion and the taran are completely broken...
but let's focus on the centurion, you can easily one shot tier 8, it has armor that rivals a maus...many times I can't penetrate it with the gold foch 155 ammunition, it's fast enough...
but the most important thing is the cannon that can pierce any armor without aim with a minimum damage of 400.
after all this (which is not my opinion but a fact) you dare to complain about the thumper it means that you are just hypocritical and that you are one of the first who enjoys using that tank made for noobs with no skills.

I have discovered the turret is vary weak from damage of HE and HESH rounds but this and the centurion AVRE are game ruining but T10 match making has been destroyed due to the AVRE there’s usually 3 to 7 of them per match I’m hoping eventually things calm down at some point because it’s getting boring playing with a bunch of toxic tanks

Sorry but you’re a bit late on this. They’ve already nurfed this tank. When a premium shell can bounce off the side of a light/medium tank it’s now in the has been basket. Back with all those other once over powered tanks to make room for the next overpriced virtual crap.
Actually not all what you said it’s true. I’ve got this td from the beginning and for first month or 2 that was amazing machine absolutely the beast. Nowadays you have that kind of battle only if RnJesus loves you. So many missing shots even if you completely aimed or bounced shots. Somehow you camo it’s not so great after all. So probably WG nerfed that td without out saying anything of course

You completely miss the point. The Taran was a problem. But you have to pay a decent amount of money and it requires some skill.
The AVRE is a slap in the face of every player and ruins Tier VIII- X.
Yeah this this is why I stopped playing tier 8, it's no fun.
Yeah really enjoy playing/grinding my tier 8 tanks and one of these takes you down a one-shot for anything but still could be worse ( shot by AVRE and left with a sliver of health). I do think they are rare since AVRE offers better all-round improvements over this. But don't underrated this thing camouflage and gun.

I have no problem with these OP tier 10 premium tanks. But therefore WG has changed the game officially to a p2w game, can’t argue against it anymore.
I ask myself if I am willing to spend this insane amount of real money into 1 item of a game with hundreds of great tanks!? I don’t think so. My old black edition tanks was so damn expensive, but these days they all are obsolete. I mean Löwe or T34 was great tanks, but totally obsolete
It's a ninja tank that hit big. Very hard to deal with. This tank and the are are a nightmare.
The taran is actually a really bad tank.
Its only good if you love camping and have good RNG.
I played a few games in it and tried attacking which is almost pointless.
It's also infuriating when you spend 10 secs aiming at the side of a medium tank and it bounces or tracks consistently cos of negative rng.
Its a boring ,campers tank.
Yep when they first released it, it was OP then they made it bounce twice as much. Same thing they did with the Machine.
Sounds like a skill issue, its basically the grille but better play it semi agro like you should with the grille, come around corners rear first to expose the least amount of your tank, etc, etc. Overall pretty easy tank to play.

I agree... the Taran is an over-rated, extremely situational, p.o.s. that is great for campers, but totally sucks in "normal" gameplay! No skill required, but luck and camping helps! 🤦

Taran was inevitable, even before its release camo vehicles were running the game. I think they just need to do a general camo nerf across the board like camo vehicles should require good positioning and rotations but ATM it requires neither, no skilled play at all.
We just need a heavy tank meta again, camo meta is boring af

Taran seems mild compared to the AVRE , it has totally wrecked tiers 8-10. I don’t want to play those tiers in anything but light tanks now. So I am playing more CW. Maybe that was the plan

@@agentrabbit186 actually, they both have more pen than the Taran on the AP round (310 vs 303) and they both have more pen on the HE round than the Taran (93 vs 90).
On Premium round, Taran get super high pen HEAT (240 vs 395), but the British 183MM gets super high alpha HESH (1.450 vs 950). That extra alpha is also why the reload is longer.
