There's actually console commands that allow you to set the max build size. I dont know if consoles other than pc have access though. But if you have pc you can use them

Same with the settlements in Fallout 4. They had a maximum build capacity which could be changed with mods. And all of a sudden the game would stutter like a maniac.

All builds great. Hats off ship builders. I loved the ship that looked like a resting , or squatting mech nb 2 I think. My favourite was the creative batwing nb 5. Take a round of applause sir, stalwart wawwiors all.
That M Class is what im working on building right now, or something to close to it anyways. Since i started playing this game ive just wanted to build a full blown battleship style thing. Just a major shame that theres no option for a main foward battery.
I liked the last one and the razor leaf sister ship but man that last one had my phone looking like it was slow man I can’t wait for mods to come to Xbox for starfield next year

Beautiful ship builds. If I could I would have bought one. Longer than 37 feet long. So somone rell them to pat h this game and allow over 150 feet long. Lol
my ship is called the "cicada endeavor" i really haven't tried to get obcene amounts of cash in game so i really don't have the means as of yet to make it as i'd like
Is it just me or are particle weapons OP af on ships? They do major damage to both shields and hull and also destroy systems fastest and have the highest crit damage of any other weapon type outside of EM If you spec into them and strap 4 class C on you can just use targeting mode as a Max Payne dodge. Combine that w/ cheesing targeting mode for instant 180° degree turns and you can solo capital ships at low level
@@riosasin3086to be fair like half them are on modded games. Especially those that have maxed out stats on a Class A ship. The Twin Sister ship at first looked modded, but the stats showed that it wasn't.
Lol! I wouldn't take the Normandy / Tempest into actual battle! Its not designed for it. Stealth ships can't fight without scifi techno-voodoo 😃 - That Atlanta Frigate, now thats a fighting ship! 👍👏
how are you guys able to put so much engine when im level 51 with C class can barely fit 3 big engines? Do i need to be on a new game + for it to unlock stuff?
A lot of these look nice or average but that razor leaf sister ship ugh naw not my thing... The concept of the cranes is legit but maybe one crane and one advanced build up of weapons on the other side?
Bethesda had to have seen #3 and #1 coming. Why aren’t landing pads larger?! :( We need mod kit asap so we can build a larger pad for new Atlantis and other landing pads.
@@damonkingsbury2968yes the game is very CPU heavy. Lighting / Shadows all use CPU. The people that Reverse Engineer the game for modding purposes explained exactly why and what happens.

I was thinking the same thing. Console players can't do this yet and even though modding is coming for console in 2024 it may be late 2024.

Believe me i wish all parts had more rotations and snap points like the demmos wing wish i can turn the point more outward

i mean, yea, the game wasn’t designed with giant modded ships in mind, so it makes sense frame rate would rank as a result.

Frame rates tank anyway, no matter what gen od xbox you own. The game is not finished or polished.

Maybe there will be a mod to where you can build items that are canted. I'm hoping so. The possibilities for builds with slanted surfaces are endless.

Agreed, I'm surprised this wasn't in the game. Being able to deck out your own fighter or shuttle would have been great. Twice as much ship building.

That M Class is what im working on building right now, or something to close to it anyways. Since i started playing this game ive just wanted to build a full blown battleship style thing. Just a major shame that theres no option for a main foward battery.

I just tried it, you can destroy whole fleets with this thing! Barely have to lift a finger! The Ship Builder Menu is a 5 FPS lag fest.

Specifically why I picked them as my full loadout. They don't favor hull or shield damage so the DPM is fairly consistent throughout.

Theres a mod called "no engine power requirement" or something like that, and I suspect it had a hand in building alot of these 👀
The main story is so short, I don't know why is this whole ship upgrading and base buliding available.

Because #1 is nearly 5x larger than the build limit so of course they don't have pads that size without mod support

Runs awesome for me. 1440p with a 3070 ti. Maybe it weighs more on cpu?
