    I have been watching a multitude of youtube videos on how to make tree jewelry. Yours is so perfect, one because you explain things step by step. There's not this music that makes me sleep, and you are an amazingly good teacher, I am going to subscribe to your channel you also deserve a million thumbs up. I loved your video it makes it so easy and I wish I could show you what I'm about to make with the instructions that you have given me thank you so much for publishing this RUclips video that we all get to enjoy for free.

    Omg I love making these and you are such a great instructor. after 2 weeks I have made 5 for Christmas gifts. I actually found 2.75 round rings and used heavier 22 gauge wire with 6mm swarovski crystals and they make awrsome Christmas tree ornaments or sun catchers.

    enjoyed the tutorial..but...why use so much wire? wasteful :/

    • @AbbiBerta
      @AbbiBerta  9 лет назад

      Tamara Scallion Hi Tamara. Each tree is made differently. Depending on the twists and turns, some will use more wire than others, so it's better to be prepared with extra wire. Another reason why excess wire is used is so that there is enough to grab while coiling. I usually like to have at least and inch and a half that I can grab with either my fingers or my pliers if necessary, so I can get tight, uniform coils. This way, I don't risk marring or kinking the wire that will be staying on the tree. To each, his or her own techniques and preferences, I suppose. I'm glad you enjoyed the tutorial and hope you have fun creating!
