I can see why this and the mimic aren't LE. They are too OP that if people missed them or couldn't afford them at the time, they would have a serious disadvantage in the implants area.

It's good I think, now I can have an extra 16% speed when running to rr or dr, and when I'm not using speed, 16% dmg. It's useful.

Very disapppinted this doesn’t have any loot boosts
There's enough loot boosts already which is a problem, but nothing is stopping them from releasing more Mutant Implants with the other missing boosts.
