#7 To add to what was said, It got to the point where the Undertaker had to set him straight by taping up his hands and sitting in the Gorrila Position to remind him that if didn't play ball and drop the title to Steve Austin, that he was getting a sustained and brutal beating.
The fact that Hogan not only isn't number 1, but is as far down as 7 is almost as big of a travesty as his title win at WrestleMania 9, almost. We all know that him doing the job clean for anyone, who could benefit from it and potentially join the main event scene, is something that just doesn't work for him, brother. And not only in the eighties and the nineties, but until his very last match in WWE, just ask Orton. I would go as far as blaming him for Cena's apparent unwillingness to put younger talent over for a significant portion of his career. Just hear me out, please. While it may be true that I really dislike, and even hate, both Hogan, the character, and Terry Bolea, the person, if he wasn't so overly protective of his character, to the point of hurting not only younger prospects, but the company itself, Cena may not have felt the need to bury as many potential superstars as he did. For reference look into his feud with the Nexus and his first WrestleMania match with Bray Wyatt. Like, the latter was so bad that WWE had to book the Firefly Funhouse match to try and remedy it. One love ❤
@@lexkanyima2195 Who do you think is to blame then? Bret? Yokozuna? Come on, now. The idea behind Hogan winning was that he would drop the belt to Bret. I'm not certain when, but I think that it would have been at SummerSlam. Tho, Hogan later decided that this just didn't work for him, brother.
@@boyankovachev7982 Vince duh, it was his idea. Hogan would have done it but is gonna be a same equivalent as Wrestlemania 6 to Warrior, passing the torch.
Say what you want about Hogan but the fact is, every time he entered a feud with anyone less deserving of those top spots, he had a unique ability to make them look like stars. Not a single guy before or after him was able to do that...
Funny enough as a "victim" of being difficult to work with. If this was a top 20 maybe then they would add him, but his fans of course might be too toxic to let that happen.
Backstage politics, like it or not, has always been a part of the business. Everyone is scratching and clawing to gain recognition and fame. Drugs, egos, fickle fans turn the industry into a veritable jungle. Risking permanent injury upon your ring mates, however, is a completely different story.
on the top of that, Wrestling is a corrupt business, it's not like soccer or any sports when there are balance between sad and happy story. In Wrestling however, has many sad story more than the happy one, even the nicest guy in Wrestling world has at least two "dark side of the ring" moments. The history of pro Wrestling is understudied because many people keep their mouth shut about it for some reason.

weren't both of the Hollys dificult to work with? in the 80's there were "the holy trinety" Hogan, Warrior and Macho Man they were all dificult to work with but Warrior wasn't as good at backstage politicks as Hogan and Macho Man
Really?? I mean I know Shawn Michaels was a pain in the ass in the 90's and I know he used backstage politics. BUT you're putting him below Hulk Hogan? Terrible Terry? The man who tried to stop The Undertaker from becoming a star? The man who refused to let the still young up and coming Randy Orton best him in 2006? He's nicknamed Terrible Terry for a reason. Shawn to his credit when he came back in 2002 was never shy about doing the job and putting someone over and helping make the next generation of stars. Hulk Hogan was always about Hulk Hogan. Period.

Watchmojo should top 10 wrestlers on never face the undertaker at wrestliemania
“That doesn’t work for me brother!”
#7 To add to what was said, It got to the point where the Undertaker had to set him straight by taping up his hands and sitting in the Gorrila Position to remind him that if didn't play ball and drop the title to Steve Austin, that he was getting a sustained and brutal beating.
❤ Paul bearer was extremely hard to trust and extremely hard work with on WWE at times
What kind of stuff did he pull?
How did mark calloway do it?
And glenn?
Paul bearer betrayed the undertaker twice and Kane only once
@@waynehoxit9782 that was Kayfabe… The OP of the video is talking about people who are problematic behind closed doors….
Remember the time undertaker got bearer back though and pulled the lever and buried him in concrete now that's being betrayed 😅😅😅😅😂😂😂
Hogan and HBK should be higher on the list. Honorable mention. Bruiser Brody
If there’s one thing that’s forever in the wrestling business, its ego
Oldberg should be number 2
One love ❤
At Wrestlemania 9 it was not Hogan's fault
@@lexkanyima2195 Who do you think is to blame then? Bret? Yokozuna? Come on, now. The idea behind Hogan winning was that he would drop the belt to Bret. I'm not certain when, but I think that it would have been at SummerSlam. Tho, Hogan later decided that this just didn't work for him, brother.
@@boyankovachev7982no it wasn't at all. It was only to give WrestleMania 9 a feel good moment at the end. That was the entire point.
True, he always stated that even when i beat the guy he gotta come outta the program a bigger star which he did.
@@bdot187um bragging and being honest are two different things and let's keep it 100, he's the reason we all watch it anyways.
@@ncnuggets no doubt brah, I been a hogan fan since day one.
Ayeeee thnx mojo for dropping this banger video 🔥🔥🔥 huge wrestling fan here 🤘🏼
CM Punk better be on his list
Funny enough as a "victim" of being difficult to work with. If this was a top 20 maybe then they would add him, but his fans of course might be too toxic to let that happen.
How is Hulk Hogan below Shawn Michaels? He's no angel but he's a dream to deal with compared to Hogan was from what I've heard
This list ain’t gonna work for me brother.
WatchMojo: uses a lot of WWE footage
Wwe:
Me: uses a bit of the footage for 5 subscribers
Wwe: No!!! Copyright!!!
New Jack should have never been allowed in a Wrestling Ring.
Hulk Hogan Is My Least Favorite Wrestler I Prefer Macho Man Randy Savage but he had his own Issues as well
What, Hulk Hogan difficult to work with? No! 🤣
Im surprised brock Lesnar wasnt on this list
Same
Teddy Hart should’ve been on this one!
Ah yes, my favorite quote in wrestling history. “That won’t work for me Brother!” Shits hilarious because Hogan really was that big of an asshole 😂
You are missing the biggest one of all Triple H he’s right up there with Hogan as being the worst
Impct wrestling mention 🎉❤
Thanks MOJO
Let's not forget Goldberg almost literally killed the Undertaker
Scott Hall almost killed Goldberg.
There's love everywhere! 😂
Let's not forget Taker almost killed Goldberg too in that match. So you know screw off with the 1 side story crap.
Surprised Mabel isn't on this list and how low Hogan is
I have never known a wrestler to get such a quick push like Bill Goldberg had.
Brock,Finn Balor,Yokozuna,Sheamus,Jack swagger, delrio. You didn't think hard enough or you just hate Goldberg ...which is it?
@@Mega_Collosas Aside from Yokozuna, I've never heard of them. And no, I don't hate Goldberg. I just make a statement on his quick push & you jump to conclusions like many other sub-intelligent cretins on line.
HHH killin WCW stars
Im surprise ric flair is not on this list
I have lost count on how many wrestlers fell victim to these 7 words: "That's not gonna work for me, brother!"
Hulk Hogan is a no brainer imagine all the wrestlers never reaching their full potential because of him
😂😂😂
When Watch Mojo just types a sentence into Google to get an idea for a video.
😂😂😂
Growing up in south philly watching ecw on Saturday nights in the late 90s was the best times ever
Shawn for sure had a bad rep, even trying to bury The Rock's career, but he seems to have genuinely made ammends
Hard-core Holly's worst incident is when he beat the crap out of tough enough contestant matt cappotelli for like not showing hardcore/other veterans enough respect
Saying Hbk was worse than Hogan is INSANE 🤣 tell me you know nothing about wrestling without telling me
Paul Heyman is to blame for New Jack. Heyman just let New Jack run wild with no repercussions for his antics.
You would too bud.
I’m surprised CM Punk wasn’t on the list.
Teddy Hart is number 1
There’s a reason the guy has been kicked out of basically every major wrestling promotion
Michael's was great in the ring. He could have a great match with anyone. Early Michael's was a dink, but would still do business. I think that might set him aside from a lot of these guys.
Hogan almost ended the undertaker's career back in the early days
A+ for adding Austin Aries and Nia Jax because Holy s--they have a bad track record. Yikes…
My cousins planning to work with a wrestler and he probably gonna regret that decision in the future
Mabel god the stories surrounding him are the stuff of legend a wrestler that couldn’t control his weight and didn’t care about his opponents in the ring he injured a ton of wrestlers like Taker and almost Paralyzed Diesel the fact he was hired and fired so many times it’s amazing I guess someone in the office like Mabel to keep hiring him back
weren't both of the Hollys dificult to work with?
in the 80's there were "the holy trinety" Hogan, Warrior and Macho Man they were all dificult to work with but Warrior wasn't as good at backstage politicks as Hogan and Macho Man
All of them are the most difficult wrestlers to work with
Stopped watching wrestling back in 90's when all the good matches started going to pay per view it wasn't worth it
Period.
Jerome Young was quite the individual and he was every bit of New Jack that he could offer you- Paul Heyman
Holy crap, Hogan is only 8???
You know there’s somebody worse he is in number eight spot…
Shawn was a dick to be fair wouldn't wanna have been around him in the 90s. Or new Jack for that matter but that's for different reasons. But hogan, no way I'd rather die BROTHER!!!
Good worker, good promos, easy to work with. Pick two.
There’s a difference between working stiff and working unsafe. Just because a wrestler likes working stiff doesn’t make them unsafe to work with. If that was the case you’d have most of 70s and 80s locker room in a list.
