Awards can be awarded to limited number of people and so many of the people who are eligible , kept outside in every award judgment. they are equally preformed with the award winners. the government should send the rejected award s to those artists who are in the second lineup. The government also should declare that Evey award winner should inform about their willingness to accept the award within ten days of the announcement of the award and after that anybody who rejects the award should be blacklisted and they will not be allowed to accept any awards in future.
