This weeks video we head to Central and Visit Sing Heung Yuen, a Dai Pai Dong (street food stall) famous for it's delicious tomato noodles and crispy buns with condensed milk.
Hong Kong's unique Dai Pai Dong open-air food stalls are sadly in decline but are but at the same time are imbedded in Hong Kong culture giving the streets and back alleys where the remaining few are located a energy and atmosphere full of wonder smells. Be sure on any visit to Hong Kong to set a little time aside and visit one of these traditional street food venues.
