After watching the first 25 minutes, I’m sold and it’s good to know that homing missiles are the best weapon in the game.
I wish they incorporated music from The Alien Wars and Hard Corps as well. Shits would've been hella dope.
Probably because if this succeeds, they will make Aliens wars next because this game is a mix of Contra and Super C. When you beat the game it hints at Aliens wars. Now they do have as you can tell the old Contra ost to choose from but also it’s a remix version of these soundtracks as well as Contra 4 ost.
It's interesting that human opponents in this game, when you kill them, explode, rather than bleed.
Bill and Sheena are the only ones i choose, bill ll always be my main on contra and on hardcorps sheena was my only one
Browny all the way. Haven't unlocked him in the new one yet tho
as much as i dislike some of the minor changes they made such adding the tutorials. the good outweighs the bad as this feels much more like a classic contra game but updated than that soul-less cash grab of a mobile game. in where every single character you unlock are the same, just with a different look weapons barely has any variety and not to mention the story of that mobile game was trash.
meanwhile Operation Galuga. feels a lot more refined the story is somewhat written better, not to mention no locking you out of level because you don't have the required stats. and finally playing different characters are actually more better since some of the weapons you picked up differ from each characters.

Is the retro music unlockable NG+ or can be set in options?
You can buy it inside the perk shop.
Soldiers, bikers, turrets and similar enemies should immediately shoot with more bullets and bombs, not wait a few seconds to be easily destroyed, so the game will gains balance, weight and playfulness.....Also some Contra weapons are too powerful

Tengo el juego instalado en pc, pero cuando corro el juego, no me deja jugar de un solo mando, tengo instalado un dual sense 5, pero al correr el juego, me obliga a seleccionar 2 jugadores, y solo quiero con uno solo, por mas que intento en opciones, al iniciar el juego salen los 2 para elegir, alguien tiene solución a este problema? gracias.

There's a mode you can turn on to enable one hit deaths. Otherwise every character has 2-4 health.
