Goan Macaroni Soup | Easy Soup for Kids | Non Veg Soup | Goan Soup| Macaroni Soup Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups Macaroni
1 small Tomato diced
1 small Onion finely chopped
1 small Potato diced
1 litre Water
2 Maggi cubes (Chicken Stock OR Vegetable stock)
1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded (optional) can add any veggies as per taste
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
2 Cloves
small piece of Cinnamon
4 - 5 Peppercorns
Salt as per taste
Cooking oil
Coriander leaves chopped

Water should not be added separately, the chicken should be first boiled and the stock should be added.

Do you know when you boil chicken in water with salt and pepper, that itself forms a chicken stock. Why would you add chicken stock cube separately Then? The chicken cube is added to the soup so it gives the soup flavour.
