Lawyer here. I used to work in litagation. I hated it. I decided to open my own firm, and found what I love doing which is real estate closings. I just need to get more deals coming in.

Hi Ms. Brittany. I'm a new lawyer. My first job will be in a government bank. We're the same I also don't see myself in litigation. It's not my personality. What are your thoughts on being a bank attorney?
Do you know what type of work you will be doing for the bank? It sounds like it would be fine since it's likely commercial work unless you are in a specific litigation section?
@@BrittanyTran Thank you for replying. Most of my colleagues went to law firms. That's usually the default go-to workplace right after passing the Bar here in our country. So I really don't know if I am making the right decision. I will not be in a litigation department so mostly it will be more on contracts, legal opinions. Good luck on your legal ops career. I wish someday I'll be able to find my niche just like you or a practice area where I will feel happy or good at.

Were you able to transition to RE closings by just completing CLEs, or did you also have mentorship?
