Actually it looks good, I'm planning to start my printing business with sublimation technique. But I almost quit because of I've heard that you can only sublimate on white shirts. So thanks man, keep up the good work!
Thank you, I really appreciate it. I have a video on my channel where I review 8 different blank sublimation t-shirts that can help you make a decision on which shirts to start with for your business.
Nice! Thanks so much for showing us what the end product will look like! I still have a few colored tees left... wanna get some pastels going though for summer 😊 Appreciate your videos.
The Paper you used is sublimation paper with sublimation ink because i hear a lot of people say you can not sublimate on dark 100% poly shirt unless is white shirt nice video and helpful
great video! the info you shared is so appreciated as I am just about to get into sublimation...do you re-use your parchment paper, and if so, how many times can you re-use? I bought the exact same heat press that you have and it's just been taken out of the box, haven't used it yet...seeing this model heat press in action is a bonus...thank you for your time and sharing your knowledge! by the way, have you used 95% polyester 5% spandex shirts at all, and if so, what is your experience with them vs the 100% polyester? thanks again!
Thanks for watching and the feedback. I really appreciate it. I typically don't reuse parchment paper because the sublimation ink sometimes bleeds onto it. I've had my heat press for over two years. It's a work horse! I have not sublimated on 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I'm not sure how well the spandex will hold the ink. Honestly, if I sublimate on shirts, it's going to be on 100% polyester white or grey. The image shows up the best.
I noticed that you put the paper on top to protect your press, but does the shirt need paper inside of it so that the dye doesn’t bleed through to the back of the shirt or the base plate?? I’m new and don’t want to hurt my machine.
I Love Love Love the video minus the music. I really love the Graffiti wording ... where did you get that from. Also people who are really into sublimating should already know there's NO WHITE in sublimation && you CAN'T ... I Repeat CAN'T sublimate on Black ... but not everyone does their homework🤷♀️
I have done this a long time and I do 375 for 24 seconds with sub paper. I realize this video is 2 years old but I am curious if you have tried this. I have a Hotronix Press!
Great videos. Nice and to the point. I have a 100% poly pink tank that I sublimated on. I tried to do a blue design and it turned out purple. Watching your videos, it doesn't look like your colors are changing like it did on mine. Any tips?
I print using an EPSON WF-7720. In your design programs, make sure it's in RGB and not CMYK. Also when you go to print, change your settings to RGB with a gamma of 2.2.
Unfortunately, you can't directly sublimate on 100% polyester shirts. Also, sublimation ink only comes in CMYK. You can try other hacks such as sublimation on white glitter or holographic HTV or use Easy Subli Weed.
In the video, it's call Printer's Jack. I purchased it from Amazon. Pretty good beginners paper. Normally I use Crafting Besties and Blanks Galore sublimation paper. Both are really good.
@@IDewsKustomz thank you ! I am new to sublimation but sublimated on a George brand T-shirt from Walmart that was 65 polyester 35 cotton and the pink color in the sublimation almost all washed out . But I understand the higher polyester count the better .
Irish Green, Royal Blue, Orange, Lemon, Sport Gray, Red, Safety Pink, Carolina Blue, Lime, Texas Orange, Sapphire Blue, and Gold. Thanks for watching, I truly appreciate it.
be careful with overheating that poly..it can scorch and be discolored on a perm basis, vs cotton which will usually revert back to original color after cool down
@@IDewsKustomz I usually do 330-375 temp for my press, med to heavy pressure..with heat tape to hold the image in place so you wont get ghosting(on presses where the image is larger than the press im using & the shirt has to be moved to press the rest of the image)..& I use a cover sheet, though most sub printers usually tell you NOT to use a cover sheet on sub presses( I let my homie print them up for me on his sawgrass fro the last few yrs)..I go abt 320 to 300 on poly bags & other similar items
This is the best sublimation on colored shirts video Thanks 15:31 for the side by side shirt examples
This was extremely helpful! Thank you for making a part 2 with more colors! You read my mind! :)
Never seen anyone do colored polyester shirts 😮definitely a dope video
You can add a heat pillow press or foam to prevent lines. :)
That Texas orange tho.... love it.
Thank you!! That looks amazing!!
Thank you for showing that you can actually sublimate on 100% polyester colored shirts.
Much love I was told you couldn't

So basically on all black silhouette or line work would be perfect with other colored polyester shirts. Perfect.

How you come up with your designs? I just need one good image to do.
Very informative bro thanks for your time and effort .
Thanks for checking out the vids. Got plenty more coming out soon.

Yes, put a piece of parchment, butcher, or non-stick craft inside the shirt so it doesn't bleed through to the back of the shirt.
Aww thanks for replying.

Loved this video thanks

How about black please and thank you very much
You can sublimate on black polyester. The image comes out black and unable to see. Part 3 coming soon
Very helpful video
Thanks for watching
Can you tell us what kind of sublimation printer are you using ?
It's Printer's Jack sublimation paper. I have a link in the description.
What kind of paper is this?
Printer's Jack. I have a link for it in the video description. It's good to start practicing with.
How do you make your color pop in sawgrass g50- myines don’t pop
I print using an EPSON WF-7720. In your design programs, make sure it's in RGB and not CMYK. Also when you go to print, change your settings to RGB with a gamma of 2.2.
Can you use a white or very light color, like light grey, or yellow to sublimate on a black tee?
Unfortunately, you can't directly sublimate on 100% polyester shirts. Also, sublimation ink only comes in CMYK. You can try other hacks such as sublimation on white glitter or holographic HTV or use Easy Subli Weed.
Hi , can you please tell me what sublimation paper you used for these colored shirts? thanks

How did the grey one hood up when you washed it
They are hold up great. Since it's sublimation, they don't wash out.

How bout black shirt my friend???
From MALAYSIA with ❤️
Good video my man
Unfortunately, you can't sublimate directly on black shirts like I did in the video. The image will come out dark and unseeable.
