Homelessness has always been a concern of mine simply because I've always been so misunderstood because of my Autism. I'm currently Waiting on social security they don't get in any hurry. I was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 49 last summer of 2018. When I can I hope to give back by volunteering with you all.
YOU ALL CAN HELP BY NOT ALLOWING APTS, TO REQUIRE PEOPLE TO MAKE 3 TIMES RENT, PEOPLE ON SSI CANT RENT DUE TO NO WAY TO MAKE 3 TIMES TODAY RENT PRICES IF UNABLE TO WORK DUE TO DISABILITY
This a disgrace for Tulsa not be able to house all people who need safe,decent and affordable housing. They should raise taxes or do whatever it takes to fix the housing problem.
One issue I never hear addressed is the mentally emotionally reliant on their pet you can't even get into a shelter with your dog I personally don't even want to live without my dog if I lose her oh well who cares about life

Now here this video was 5 years ago and in 2022 it’s far worse. The officials didn’t do shit.
