got a $5 wii at garage sale, my third wii, and with the usb hdd, only cfg worked, usb loader gx kept studdering and never loaded games, wiiflow says expection dsi occured, cfg was only one that actually booted games

yea, it sucks. there was a recovery attempt but they never came all the way through. i hope one day that the wii shop channel will come back, but i know that it will never happen. there are still 2 downloadable channels on the wii shop

@@ian47vr Try duplicating your entire wii data to another wii then transfer the data on another wii to wiiU then import all homebrew applications on the wiiU
its a thing to run pirated games and hacks on games, so it makes the wii ignore copyright protection and allows you to run gct files to edit the ram of the game for hacks.
Yes that is still not released yet but I will still find the wad when I get back, I don’t have it but know where to find it. The riiconnect mod should be finished by the end of summer

So my SD card got locked from my computer today because of a SaveGame Manager wad, so I can't really get wads or ROMs onto it anymore but everything works completely fine, I can still download stuff from the Homebrew Browser, play my ROMs and all that shit. i have the same issue on my laptop, the laptop thinks the sd card is locked. buy a usb to sd card adapter, or use a different sd card compatible computer, as its likely a problem with the sd card slot on your pc, and not the sd card itself
