Uh oh...gonna see a lot more Baltany reviews on your channel! Once you go down the Baltany rabbit hole then you are snared. I think a good fit for you would be the Vintage Chrono. At 39mm and with a proper Chrono without the useless 24 hour counter, it's a cracker. ;)

I have a much smaller wrist I’m no more than 7” so I expect it’s still a good size, 40 is as big as I want to go.

Your measurements are different than the manufacturer. Did you do actual measurements yourself? They have listed lug width of 18, lug to lug 43.3 and depth 13.1 (including glass), which seems a bit deep for a quartz watch but I guess the dome is included.
Pulled the trigger and am very pleased with the watch. My first Chinese brand watch. I was mostly reluctant on the thickness, but I must say it doesn’t wear thick at all; in fact quite the opposite. Might be due to it’s smaller case size. The crystal quality is quite impressive for its price.
Thank you for the review, I am collecting interesting watches quartz, automatic, this just is a great hommage to Longines. At 36 does it feel small or good for a dress watch?

Thank you for showing your tuxedo baltany! Helped me ruling out the cheaper 'thorn' variant. Now it's either your model or the one with the st1701 mechanical movement from the ali-expresses.
