Best view of Lake Walen and Lake Zurich - hike up the Hirzli

The Hirzli above Niederurnen in Glarnerland offers a breathtaking view of Lake Walen and Lake Zurich, as well as the entire Linth plain between the two lakes. The circular hike from the top station of the cable car takes three hours and covers 660 meters in altitude. If you want to tackle the ascent to the mountain station on foot, you will gain around 550 meters in altitude.

Thank you Benjamin for another wonderful video! The view from the top was fantastic! In one direction we could see the beautiful Walensee, surrounded by quite high mountains. The other way we could just see the larger and less hemmed in expanse of the Zurichsee.
It was also wonderful to see Amit and Andrea. I am a great fan of their channel.
