After I finished editing this video, I REALIZED I REACTED TO LGIO'S LATEST SATISFACTORY VIDEO. If it bugs you that I reacted out of order, sorry about that.
What video should I react to next? Satisfactory in order? Hydroneer? Graystillplays? Let me know!
By the way, my next video might not be a reaction video. I haven't decided if I will release it in addition to a reaction next weekend or if I'll do it as unscheduled video. I don't want to burn myself out (I have a job, too), but I'm pretty stoked to be making all these new videos right now! Thanks for watching!
Personally I'd love watching your reaction to his Satisfactory videos in order.
i think it would be cool to see hydroneer
I think some satisfactory in order would be really fun
For all of us
Watching all the satisfactory videos in order would be good as they build upon each other
@@llliiimmmeee or planet zoo. I say right, right?
If I’m not mistaken the satisfactory devs have used Josh’s world to test new lag prevention/stability stuff and they fully endorse his shenanigans as a screenshot from one of his videos is on the buy page for satisfactory
Thats what I was thinking too. On their steam page the first screenshot is Josh's conveyort belt tornado. They also use his save files too, so when they work on the lag or fps they just load his safe file to see if it can run smoother if it does they know they succeeded with making the game better.
True
Wow I just looked the moment I read this.. mad respect for the devs:)
They understand that Josh brings a lot of attention to their game
So Josh is now a beta tester without actually being one.
“My wife does not let me kill creatures . . . the lizard doggo would definitely be off limits.”
This statement aged horrificly in the span of 60 seconds.
It aged like raw gibblets - like the ones that would remain after the first doggo crashing on the cliff...
Lmao that moment of realization when kraken sees josh working his way around the lizards inventory: 😯😨😰😱
When I heard it I went: "Yeah... sorry about that..."
Naaaaaaah it aged gracefully in a ballistic arc like an artillery shell.
Grow up mate zzz
The flow chart of LGIO is always:
-find a bug
-exploit the bug
-break the game with that bug
-devs fix bug
-repeat
Hydroneer aka shoplifting extravaganza
@@ahenchman8656 WANTED
Devs use him as a tester.
from Let's Game Out comment "I'm impressed Josh can make disposing factory waste more unethical than just throwing it to water"
"-But the lizard doggo would be off limits"
*Josh grabbing paleberries*
That comment was not timed well, hahah
no it was not XD
Him saying the doggo would be off limits was so much more fun to hear when I already knew what Josh was going to do.
Or perfectly timed.
2:00 Satisfactory is SEMI-open world, IE it has goals, a "straight forward" progression system, and a pre-built map, but how you go about it is purely your choice- want to run off to a different biome to start? you can! want to ignore the automation aspect entirely? you can! Want to spend 10 000 hours creating an abomination of lag generation that defies science just because? you can!
Shia LaBeouf be like: Yes, you can!
want that land generator from hell to feature as the very first image on the games store page? you can!!
only if you are just as crazy as Josh
Well, you can't ignore automation entirely and progress past the space elevator, but other than that yes.
@@EducatedTiger
Well, you can still be hand-feeding the few production machines you do have, which is pretty not-automated.
And yeah "is there a limit" and "only one way to find out" is a running thing
On those recommended video in the end about "i build gas station" game, josh intentionally left the game running for a couple of days to see what happened if he afk in the middle of the road for thousands days in-game time
And in other video about factory thing where he make camera he left the game running for couple of week and making and uploading 2 whole other video
"The lizard doggos would definitely be off limits."
Not me sitting here having already watched Josh's video, knowing what's about to happen
Ah yes, I also had this 'Oh you sweet summer child' feeling as I heard that :D
so true
7:37 Knowing what LGIO does shortly afterwards, I had to laugh in sympathy.
fun fact: josh has been slowly going crazy ever since Anthony, his colleague left
can't blame him
I sorta remeber that
So long ago... so long... so many sleepless nights... and broken dreams...
What happened to Anthony anyway?
@@Roadkill_1 got an offer for an unnamed job and left
Never, and I mean NEVER, underestimate Josh's infinite patience or absolute insanity. No matter what you may think is impossible to abuse, Josh will find a way and he will abuse it maliciously.
And just wait until you watch his Planet Zoo and Planet Coaster videos.... I recommend Planet Zoo first as he played it first... And dear sweet Jesus the amount of utter insanity he unleashed upon the poor denizens of those games...
He cut out the really long station name. What a disappointment...
(a joke btw)
Just make sure your name isn't Grace.
Those are my favourite vids 😂😂
Just causally goes to the moon in planet zoo
Honestly I think it's the loneliness having driven him slowly crazy ever since Anthony left. (Not really but just imagine lol)
You should've seen the FPS when Josh first built the tornado. The devs actually reached out to him and they use (or used) his save file to test performance. The game has come a long way in terms of optimizations.
Kraken fall: “wife would never let me kill the lizard doggos
Let game it out: “I don’t have such weaknesses”
I can't remember the last time I walked into a LGiO video expecting him to have a conscience, but I think you captured the feeling pretty spot-on here.
This game is a real blast, man. I can really recommend it to you. I bet you will love it, it has so much stuff in it that you will love, and it is really satisfying to automate stuff. I hope you make a LP of it, i would love to watch that.
Same
Its called Satisfactory for a reason its true
The way he got the train under the world was actually really funny. Josh also managed to break the game's framerate initially with the tornado, but the devs actually had an update that allowed his game to run with the tornado till he broke it again. It was actually really impressive of the developers to accomplish that. What Josh managed to do with the trucks though was a thing of beauty.
yes trucks flying into the air at random and in random directions as well.
7:08 "Hey! Come back here! I have need of you!" might be the most terrifying thing to hear Josh say.
There isn’t any tower defense, that’s Factorio. Satisfactory has some aliens, but they’re not nearly as threatening. They’re not capable of breaking your stuff. You have some weapons to kill them with, but the main focus of the game is just making an efficient factory.
If you want an example of good Satisfactory gameplay, I’d recommend watching Imkibitz. He’s pretty much the Satisfactory RUclipsr.
The dev team recently made it very clear that there is no tower defense element incoming, either. It really is meant to be a but more chill and focused on optimization to meet a goal, then that goalpost moving a bit so you do it all again but differently.
@@sofiadragon6520
Well not recently, they've been saying that over and over for years.
@@CruelestChris Yes they have said it gently and "that's not in the plan" style and so on, but there was a statement released this year where they listed out things that would never, ever be in the game so stop asking. Very forceful, no way anyone can think that maybe down the line they will change their minds.
The only problem with Kibitz is that he uses mods to make his videos more entertaining. For example, he overclocks EVERYTHING, which is only possible by using a mod to create Power Shards (there aren't enough slugs in the game to do what he does in his videos). I believe he's stated once or twice he's using the Pak Utility Mod.
I don't have a problem with this, his builds are interesting, he shows his calculations, and he's fun to listen to. But he's far more entertainment than tutorial.
@@mckorr2116
Well, in theory there are infinite power slugs since Lizard Doggos can bring you them, so what he's doing would only take a lot of grinding. It's only really his giant modded inventory that isn't possible with normal game mechanics.
LGIO killing the lizard doggos is tame considering the things he did in planet zoo and planet coaster
I would recommend watching some of those series too
Oh man, Planet Zoo.... God have mercy on us if Satisfactory ever gets googly eyes.
Or every Video where he is tormenting Grace for no reason :D
Was waiting for this. Fun fact, the devs use his save file as a performance benchmark.
Hydroneer next please!
Also I'm so jealous of you getting to live in Washington.
I love mountains, huge trees, forest, rain.
All we have here is flat, brown water, and hot.
It sucks.
And did yall know that radioactive waste isn't liquid. Its solid, encased in concrete/composite material. Its actually pretty safe.
I like mountains too. Currently everything is brown due to the heat wave. Tree leaves are falling etc.
Hydroneer with lets game it outs quite fun
I would be surprised, but then again, that's like an autisticly good amount of hours invested just to break everything. Make sense as a dev to use this save on the side.
It tasty too
I heard that the devs use his save file as a performance benchmark sometimes. Imagine breaking something so badly the devs can't help but be impressed and use your work to show how much they are improving. Also they use a screenshot of this world on their Steam page lol.
And they gave the lizard doggos the chance to bring waste, and the plushies a waste barrel, because of this episode…
Satisfactory is right up your alley after your description of your work. It is an open world 3d automation game and you can play as you like it the inefficient way or the efficient way however there is a trade off in the fact an efficient setup can take time but it will help you out. And yes it does have Progression you start out with only basic stuff then you can unlock new stuff using what you can currently make which then unlocks new stuff that in turn can be used to unlock even more
Josh used to have a limiter but he left the channel for better opportunities, then Josh was no longer held back.
I do beta testing for video games from time to time and "lets game it out" is like the holy grail for me. it's ironically one of the best RUclips guide video to learn how many ways you can break a game while having fun 😂
Heh, I'm a software engineer too and I've found my preferred way of consuming LGIO's content is through you reacting to it 🤣
Yeah, but he cuts out a lot of the good parts and skips over some great videos
He's only done 3 reactions, I don't know that you can say he skips videos
The developers actively use Josh as a stress tester of the game (his video was even on the Steam and Epic Store page for awhile). They keep needing to further optimize the game because of the shit that he pulls.
Pretty sure they actually use his save to test optimizations (from what I've learned from a couple comments)
Just listening you talk about what you want in a game, I’m just nodding to myself saying that’s exactly what satisfactory is. It’s open-world, there is lots of tiered progression, and while the game doesn’t necessarily “require” that you automate much of anything it nudges you into automating one thing or another to make your life easier. You might want to automate one tiny thing in order to make a train system across the map only to decide that if your already making it why not just make one big dedicated factory, a while later you finish up automating what ever it was and all the sub-lines required in making the stuff to make the item, in this case steel and then a while later using your steel to make something completely different. It truly is a great game.
so.... Lets Game It Out used to be two people, Josh and Anthony, Josh would drive Anthony insane, in a fun way of course. After Anthony left Josh started tormenting games and NPCs to his heart's content and it's been glorious
8:05 in every reaction to lgio’s satisfactory there is this moment of horror and realizeation when the fate of the lizard doggo stets in
Let's game it out does good work for early access games. Although the poor developers have to play whack-a-mole solely off of his derangement
When he said "No,no,noooo" I knew what was going to happen becuz i has already watched that vid and was giggling at his reaction. Also RIP Lizard doggo
Josh is one of the rare RUclipsrs
Whish u can trust when they say ö hours later because its literally 9 hours later
XD
I now believe it
One of my favorite LGIO moments was when the Hydroneer devs put a wanted sign in the game after Josh found a bug that let him steal vast quantities of goods from one of the stores.
If you truly want to know how much of a psychopath Josh can be, watch the video "I Built a Theme Park of Perpetual Torment in Planet Coaster" it's simply marvelous
9:04 one guy was worried when he saw Josh make the reactors and the waste that you can't get rid of...but Josh always finds a way
I HIGHLY recommend Satisfactory. Progression starts a bit slow, but ramps up pretty quickly once you unlock steel production. Also anything on belts are fixated on there, so nothing falls off.
You can drive vehicles off bottomless cliffs, but they’re persistent entities which means you’ll end up having perfomance issues the more you have down there in the void.
When I watch "Let's game it out" I feel like a kid watching a kid's show talking to my T.V. Then I try to predict when Josh will say "You where this is going" and I let out a giggle of childish delight =:D
It's amazing how LGIO managed to create a whole sub-genre of reaction videos dedicated to his shenannigans.
(I included the last word, because you should use it at least once a day, because it's funny.)
I usually don't care for reaction videos but reactions to Josh is always entertaining just because of how different he plays.
This video always makes for great reactions. There's always "aw, lizard doggo" soon followed by "not lizard doggo!"
Regarding the waste, the game keeps a check of every item that drops into the void soooo they aren’t removed just made unavailable to reprocess.
A lot of players used to load up vehicles with the waste and have them drive off the edge.
Lots of movement options. Jump pads, walking, jet pack, leg striders, numerous vehicle options, parachutes, hyper tubes.
just so you know, nuclear waste can be destroyed by doing a process to turn into plutonium fuel rods, which are the only part of the nuclear line (after regular fuel rods) that can go in the awesome sink/be deleted.
Or you can make them into even worse nuclear waste.
He does a massive amount of behind the scenes work and cuts the clips to makes things seemless, sets up the jokes, and much more
I really recommend playing satisfactory
Same
Wait
I thought you said you have RUclips recommendation
Good old Josh, his insanity lets me discover other channels while rewatching his hits.
Fun fact: satisfactory is made by the same people who made goat simulator
WHAAAAAT??? THAT'S AWESOME!
I just found out, Josh is literally the reason for the game getting better.
Because of his 'tornado' killing his performance, the creators saw, and used Josh's video to improve performance. Later, Josh made another video after the upgrade, and he got his performance back.
When you figured out that Lizard doggo could carry the waste was the moment I was waiting for for 10 minutes lol
Im pretty sure that the devs of satisfactory use josh's world to playtest (not sure, saw a comment about this). Specifically the nuclear tornado. That one's featured in the game's steam page.
Excited for your new videos!
love the reaction video on lets game it out, he's so funny to watch making it such a fun thing to react to since you can never know whats the next thing he's about to do, well you know its gonna be crazy but you're never sure what exactly is it gonna be
Here's a little fun fact: The official plushie of lizard doggo has a magnet in its mouth allowing several plushie attachments such as berries and... a barrel of radioactive waste. It is belived that this video's infamy inspired that barrel inclusion.
The one thing he doesn't mention is automating the sheer volume of batteries you need to produce in order to make all the drones fly.
you: talking about the lizard doggo being off-limits
me: knowing what's about to happen
Just leaving a comment for the algorithm. You definitely deserve to have more recognition than you do! I discovered you through your first Raft video on Let's Game It Out, and you're funny, charming and very entertaining to watch. Keep doing the good work!
It sounds like Satisfactory would be a perfect game for you! Yes it's on an alien planet, you get dropped in a pod from orbit, and basically are set loose to start building new industry however you see fit. Progression is exactly how you expect: you start with a few buildings that can make more refined materials, that you use to unlock more advanced buildings in stages. And the movement is pretty great, there's a bunch of different equipment you unlock as you go, like exoskeleton that lets you run faster & jump higher, a jet pack, and eventually a electric hover pack. Not to mention vehicles & trains you can drive, and can be automated to move freight. The trains are probably my favorite part.
I'm pretty sure Josh is the reason the doggo plushies come with a barrel of radioactive waste.
If you truly want an automation game. Go Factorio. That's essentially what started the automation genre. Graphics are just simple but that makes the gameplay and everything else great for an automation lover
As others have said, satisfactory is semi open world with a linear upgrade thing. I greatly reccomend factorio, the ultimate factory game. A lot of players have hundreds or thousands of hours in it, there's research, and you can build a factory that spans galaxies with mods(the world is infinite in the base game, but space exploration makes individual planets finite but adds a load of new planets
Dyson sphere program too. Base game has you build a factory and research on scaled down planets in a galaxy, making interstellar trade routes
Factorio is also one of the most well optimized games ever
a cool fact about lest game it out:
Let's game it out is also know as Josh. And back when his channel was small there was a another dude who contain Josh madness his name is called Anthony so yea. After Anthony left The madness have been release.
"How long did this take?" Ha you've never seen Josh's pure commitment to a point regardless of time yet my man
Finally a good genuine reaction.
I’ve always hated those over exaggerated Reactions, so it’s good to watch an honest one for once
You'd love Satisfactory. Also, on a related note, you should really continue to watch the LGIO Satisfactory playlist (but in order), it has a wonderful journey into insanity.
you: I was a water engineer and made some of them.
josh: LET'S DRAIN THE OCEAN.
Here's a few of the things Josh plays
Planet Coaster (A game in which you create and manage your own theme park from the ground up)
Hydroneer (A progressive digging simulator)
Project Hospital (Mainly the same thing as planet coaster but with some other features like finding cures, also you build a hospital)
Planet Zoo (Planet Coaster but with zoos)
Cooking Simulator (...)
You should watch the whole series. Its so much fun. - Me who watched all 10 episodes in a row
you kinda need to watch all his stuff on this series from the beginning of the list, rather than one of his latest ones. it gives a lot more context and story as to how far both he and the game itself have progressed...
I love these reaction videos! I’m so happy you’re getting so much recognition for them too ☺️☺️
If it helps you feel better, you can always buy one of the lizard doggo plush toys they made lol. And yes, I too never kill non-hostile creatures if I can avoid it lol
I think satisfactory is another planet and the only thing i know about this..
It's just all Josh's territory of Chaos.
And if you want to watch the most cruel thing ever. Watch that roller coaster thing.
In that video. Instead of torturing cute pets, it's people.
Satisfactory you can make Beautiful factories or a giant mess
Never watched a video of yours before but I need to say i love your channel's intro. Yeah the two seconds of it. It's so good
I really love the intersection of your real world knowledge and your reactions. Watched the Raft ones already, gotta subscribe after this. Look forward to more from you, adore your tangents and rambles and general chill personality
Satisfactory is a great game and yes you kind of have a progression system yes it is open world and yes you can process the nuclear waste (It's just pain to process it). The open world has reserve of resources so you have to manage how to get materials do your different factory's
"Let me give you the grand tour" is the phrase you love to hear when whaching Lets Game It Out, cuz you know it's goooood.
I don’t even play most of these games but it’s just great watching Josh and I’m really glad to have found your channel through the reactions!
Currently the only way to legitimately deal with nuclear waste is, as I recall (been a while) is to make plutonium fuel rods (which are a sorta recycled fuel rod), then throw those into the resource muncher. It isn't very efficient, but does work without the normal bounds of the game.
There are a few other ways. Doggo sacrifice is one, putting them on a vehicle and tossing them off the world sorta works (not really, the vehicle doesn't actually despawn so they are technically still there), and finally you can use an online save file editor to just edit them out of existence.
If it can be broken he will break it 😏
Even if it's the homies as-
yo i love satisfactory.
its a lot like factorio
your mising alot of context i can tell its a fun game try it
I’ve only seen a few of your videos so far but based on some of the things you’ve talked about, I not only think you’d love satisfactory, but I think it might become one of your favorite games. Just seems right up your alley.
*FUN FACT!* Let's Game It Out's Satisfactory Conveyor Tornado is actually in the preview images on the Steam Game Page!
You're starting to get a good amount of traction on youtube. Just remember to switch back to mostly content, that you make without other people's videos before people start labeling you as a reaction channel.
Good luck!
edit: unless of course that is not your goal with this channel. In which case, still good luck!
Thanks for the kind words. I still upload let's plays 2-3 times a week, so there's plenty there, though I know the algorithm hates it. Feel free to check it out if you're into that kind of content! Like I said at the end of this video - I'm working on more non-reaction videos too. Stay tuned!
It feels strange to whish good luck upon people, as I will have no effect on whatever envents will happen, regardless of whether on not those events are positive, so really, "good luck" is just a simpler and less awkward way of saying "I mean the stuff, I just said in a positive way, and I will be content with whichever choices you make".
@@Krakenfall oh, wow! that was a very fast reply!
I really should go to bed 😅
okay pleaseee do these in order like go through the playlists its AMAZING. and you get the lore and its amazing so yes please do them in order
I swear to God I have never laughed soooooo hard in my life at Josh using a jump pad to launch doggos into the obvilillion. I have watch many of his videos but never seen this one.
I was laughing so hard that my neighbors beat on the floor from the noise. This dude has made me feel so comfortable with my builds.
Also, your reactions are truly priceless!!!
As you said no I involuntarily spoke back. " Yes, yes he is. You've seen his vids."
5 things you need to know about josh. The name grace, tornados, insanity, giraffes and low frame rates. Also would love to see some gray playing solar smash.
All Josh had to do was build a hyper loop connected to the conveyer belts to shoot the waste over the edge.😂
I have been watching Josh for a long time and having you react to his videos is great. I found you through the feeds of you reacting. You're doing awesome and you get 100k+ views a video, and yet people are not smashing that like button, so, everyone, get this guy to his 100k subs!!

Manufacturer:
- uses three to four materials to create on component
Just found your channel. Love the reactions. I am a Test Engineer and watching Josh break everything is most enjoyable to me. This is basically my job (not with games but with applications). Absolutely love it. Lol
Also, satisfactory is just as you think it is. I just started playing it myself and with your automation background, would love to see your take on it.
Really glad I found your channel. Your vids are really entertaining
Satisfactory is open world resource collection and factory building with some light exploration and FPS combat.
It's all about managing resources production and flow at multiple steps.
Oh you should definitely watch his Hydroneer videos if you enjoyed this one, maybe a mega compilation of all of them in one go, best bits from each of them.
From straight up robbery to an obscene amount of fish blown up and sold infinitely to flying lag carts of doom, he broke the game in a ton of hilarious ways even more so, I'd say, than he did here.
