    Try vegetables/fruits at work, chicken breast, quinoa. Track your calories/nutrients with Chronometer. Eat less per day staying with a caloric deficit. Keep working out and find healthy foods to snack on/get your stomach used to not eating so much throughout the day. No pizza, no candy, no fast food, only Whole Foods. And watch the pounds melt off.

    Dang hope you’re drinking water too. Three sports drinks back to back to back is a lot of sugar.
