The One and Only Lord Farquaad yeah I agree most definitely is better than Laugh Tracks but Laugh Tracks is iconic and one of the best HC albums of all time and so is ADSOB, this band will grow to be one of the best bands of all time at this rate
Hard to believe they tuned UP on ADSOB. Laugh Tracks was in drop G, this record was in Standard A. I think ADSOB has a beefier guitar tone due in part to the fact that they have more clarity in their notes with an A instead of a low G

The tone on this album is RIDICULOUS!!! Such a heavy and spectacular album, Will was the right man for the job and both parties involved knocked this out out the park.
The thing that has stood out to me so much on this record so far is the quality and complexities of the guitar playing. They’ve stepped it up so much and given their sound a really dark, evil sound that I don’t think they had firmly established yet on Laugh Tracks.

Seriously, can Will Putney just produce everything? He's incredibly in tune with metal. I have his Axe FX tone pack and it's all I've ever needed. He just knows how to make an album sound huge and in your face. Not to mention, Fit for an Autopsy is an incredible band that he's a part of. All hail Putney.

This is going to be the best album of 2019 in the metal genre. However, in the song “Trapped in the grasp of a memory” at 3:18-3:24, it sounds like they are using recorders instead of guitar noise. Maybe the track shoiuld be listed as “Trapped in the grasp of a memory feat: Matt Mulholland"
Over the years, I've grown to dislike the metal-infused beatdown hardcore sound, and I don't go to hardcore shows much these days (I hate the crowdkilling and violence that is associated with this sound), and all I listen to is ambient/indie rock nowadays, but this album *is* incredible. I drive for a living, and I listen to this record a few times a day. I've almost wrecked my car because of this record. So yeah, bravo, boys. You put me in my place.
Was the whole album recorded with all members playing together or were the instruments/vocals recorded separately? Listened from front to back last night and this album is great, and great sounding as usual with Will Putney.
