Factory settings password on Junsun MT8163 2023.10.19.20

- Unable to enter password after OTA upgrade to version 2023.10.19.20.
Solution is donwgrade to old firmware version:

How to use the firmware:
Step 1: After decompressing the system compression package, copy the file (update_hc) to the root directory of the U disk or SD card, and then insert the U disk or SD card into the machine (U disk format: FAT32);
Step 2: Turn on the car radio and enter the firmware upgrade interface
Step 3: Run local upgrade
Attention: as soon as you update the system again to version 2023.10.19.20, you will lose access to the factory settings.
Has anyone gotten a message saying “ android has stopped” when you turn your car on? I wonder if it’s connected. Also when I connect to WiFi it kicks me out of Spotify or maps etc
None of the passcodes junsun support gave me work to get into the factory settings.

Tengo un junsun "mt8163" y necesito hacerle un hard reset ya que hice una configuración mala y no me permite acceder a ninguna aplicación ya que siempre que quiero hacer una configuración se regresa en automático a la no pantalla de inicio, e intentado hacer más de 10 procedimientos y no e podido. we can use this solution to update to latest OTA and then we can input password after this fix?
Even worse, I followed this tutorial and cleared the APD, and now I have an old interface and the physical buttons don't work at all. PLEASE HELP ME
