How to remove the entire center console? To be clear I've seen the videos about the leather repair on these cars. Not that.

Not that hard. If I remember correctly there some 10mm screws in the bottom of the armrest bucket, and under this cupholder.

I would also like a video about removing the center console/armrest completely. I was able to get my hands on a mint one from EBay but having issues with the removal of the old one
